I miss how you could easily hide things with the acronym tag, but now you can always tell it's there instantly with that dumb black dotted underline. OH WELL.

Some browsers did that before the upgrade; the rest just joined in after.

 

I agree, though...I miss the secret acronyms. The dotted line also looks weird behind transparent images.

Oh, OK. So...my old IE8 had me fooled into thinking I was a super secret guy? How dare it! I've been made to look a fool all this time!

Yeah, Inyerbet Explorer is the only browser I know that does not underline pop-up text

 

I always found that really annoying, since it leaves zero indication that you can roll over the text to display the message.

That's easily the best part about it though! Roll over ALL the words!

What you need to do is have a non-secret acronym tag over everything, but have a different, secret acronym tag on one or two of the words.

Haha, yeah, you'd probably have to underline everything with an acronym and have a second one or something. The problem is everything now looks important
