Went to Tassie's west coast, mostly Strahan and places in that region. Really pretty, didn't end up doing much but it was great to see the lovely landscapes around there. So I've explored a good deal of my beloved home state now, which is just as well.
Probably the personal highlight for me was a place called Lake Burbury. Turns out it's a man made lake, but all the same it looked gorgeous. "It's like our piece of Canada", my mum said, it was really serene and expansive, lovely.
If it wasn't obvious, none of us have been to Canada. I'm still yet to leave the boundaries of this country, sigh.
