Valix is from the fourth game, Ratchet: Deadlocked. I think Vapedius is from one of the Future games, but I'm not sure because I don't actually own any of them. I got them from the R&C wiki.

Actually, ALL of them are named after R&C locations, from all 9 games(I think). I'm terrible at thinking up my own names, so I just try to pick a R&C one that fits.
