    Ave Tufi!

I still think this is art. The MOC is an esthetic whole. It has been made with thought, by inspiration, using talent, and with the desire to create something new.
  2. So here it comes. You're not the only one who has been waiting. I've been following your post count getting closer and closer to 10K too. Congrats for reaching the major milestone of your BZP journey !

    Cute Bunny

Use it. It's not over-feminine or anything (like those Princess Peach avatars Kex had to use ). So why not, if you feel like it.

    Bbc Contests

Maybe we should have a special BBC contest which would give you at least four, five months to build your MOC. The theme would be announced and polls put up five months later. There could be normal BBC contests held between that time. Though I doubt it would be that simple... Don't take my random ideas too seriously.
  5. ~U is the silent, never-seen theory killer of S&T... everyone him! Make your theory topics look behind their sholders, people...
  6. This is not ridiculous (), this is an idea which should simplify things a lot. Less typing, less misunderstandings. Great.

BCii's back ! I made no New Year's resolutions... I've learnt that I'm unable to keep them.

    The Invisible U...

I've noticed it. But not wondered. There seems to be a specific reason for everything you do .
  9. Yay, finally ! *goes to read* EDIT: *takes banner* I had to, after reading the chapter!

    Bbc Contests

I can find the hidden hint in this entry, because I read your reply in a certain topic . Obviously it can be annoying that people have been making a MOC for months and then just enter it to a BBC contest and win the show. The idea of building according to the theme is dumped. On the other hand, these people have worked very hard and BBC contests are the best way to make people aware of MOCs on BZP. So why not let the builder enjoy that, after all that work? At the moment, I don't have a clear opinion on the subject. I'm not staff, so I don't have to . But I can't understand why the enjoyment has gone. Or is the only enjoyment in the chance of winning? Isn't entering fun at all? Obviously everyone wants to win and should aim to victory, as BR said after BBC 39, but I don't really like the idea that winning is all. BBC contests are also about showing your skills, seeing what others have done, voting, getting reviews, reviewing other's MOCs... I still have no idea what to enter. That's far more sadder than anything else now . A hidden hint? What hint? But about the skills part - they're about showing your skills, yes, but there's a time limit for a reason. Oh, and you might want to check my epic, btw. -S
  11. Not only you made him post a smilie, you made him post the ! I think this is the biggest proof so far that you're one of the main guys who affect S&T. Who knows, this could be the start of munkey's cure...

    Editsies: Revealed

Totally unexpected . You are full of surprises and odd ideas . I agree with you, the movies were better than the books... so far nobody I've met has agreed with me. It seems like according to many people, movies are always automatically worse than the books they've based on... it's like an unwritten rule or something. And don't even try to ask from any hardcore LotR fan .

    40

I still have no idea what to build. But the theme is great, no doubt. Not easy, but in a different way than BBC #39.

    Building The Hype

Three new MOCs from Seran coming up, and in such neat colors. Should be interesting to review . Don't worry, I managed to get another load of gunmetal as well. -Seran
  15. So this is about Mikey's BBC entry? That sure made some people angry... is that what this is about? "Do unto others as you would like to be treated"--don't get too harsh, because is that how you'd like people to treat your MOCs and you? I'm probably totally off . But anyways, I think nobody should blame Mikey of the... discussion... his MOC created. Many people made good, reasonable points against it, but all the spammy "I hate it!" posts were unnecessary and just made the situation worse. Bah, I'm already looking towards BBC40 .
  16. I'll be extra careful in BBC 40. At least it won't be a color restriction contest--I'm sure you wouldn't repeat themes like that. Congrats on your third place ! And have fun with your Barraki. I can't wait till March...

    Beware... The :p

Lol ! Glad to be the source of inspiration . I must use it.
  18. This was bound to happen. An epic by Seran. Should be an interesting one to follow. *clicks link*
  19. Interesting . It's always cool to get peeks behind the scenes, whatever the occasion. Great to hear that you actually have a message and points in your epic. That makes it more than just a cool and creative story. I'll look forward for them to become clearer.
  20. I read it (in my local library)--and was surprised even before I opened the magazine, because the computer screen in the cover was a mirror! Amazing. The article was interesting too. It made me think of BZP.

    Muffin For Christmas

BCii is a perfectionist in MOCing, so I'm sure he would've given the MOC a dragon head if he had wanted to . There's no reason you couldn't post it here too. I mean, look at the way Schizo informs folks of his BBC entries in his blog. It's shameless propaganda .
  22. Nice. The story continues. You still can recognize him. From the face mainly, but also from the body proportions and the clawed hands/feet. Half Dragon? That explains it . The mech hand looks really nice, so does the red glow. The muscles look natural, though it is clear that this guy has either been going to the gym or led a tough life (in this case it would be the latter, no?). The cape looks sinister. All the details of the mech arm create a nice contrast with the rest of the body. Still I think it isn't that different from the rest of the character style-wise. Nice CGing, the mist and shadow effects work well. But oh boy he has gone worse. It's logical--it's not easy to change the path you're walking. The cape, the lack of the shirt and the arm--especially the arm--make a huge difference. I can't help that he reminds me of Anakin, who also lost his original arm and got a mechanical one. He's now holding the sword in his right hand. I guess the mech arm is stronger than the original one. Which is scary, really, because he has gained power through his transformation. That might make him want more.

    Goodbye, Goodbye

You have a Canada sweater. And David or Fabian has a Finnish T-shirt. . This is what one can call multiculturalism.
  24. Amazing idea--should boost TIME's sales . So the person of the year is U...
  25. An opportunity to operate your Wasp! I hope someone of your crew comes and stops me before I accidentally end up braking it down .
