The reason why I ask is because I have seen some members with custom titles, but they aren't OBZPC, or maybe they once were? Is it for Premier Members, too? Most commonly they're given out for contest prizes or for sending creations to conventions frequently enough. Sending MOCs on the convention circuit is pretty much the only guaranteed way; contests will not always offer a member title as a prize. I guess there is a desire on the part of the administration to keep a certain allure surrounding custom titles, and as such, they aren't given out on request.
