18x18, made as a quick side project while I work on the big one. Front, back. It is currently in the possession of Coestar, who I randomly decided to make it for. Never done any fan art or sent in anything to anyone before so I decided to try it in a medium I'm familiar with.
Indeed, I got turned on Thursday. Friday I did some patrolling with a big group wearing my personal soundtrack shirt, and that was a lot of fun. Saturday was the final mission, and a friend of mine in the dorm used her makeup to make me and a couple other zeds look very undead. I had a sort of Joker grin going, and another person taped a Nerf dart to his face. And we tore up some shirts and wore those. It was fun all around. And now I wait for next semester.
Wouldn't it be cool if it actually had some story significance where in the summer the villains steal everyone's masks (because that's one of the possibilities I see from the way the sets are) but then Tahu realizes the power was inside him all along, and this cool ghostly mask appears on his face and he comes back and saves everyone? And then their powers aren't tied to their masks anymore. I think that'd be a neat way of possibly introducing mask powers in a way that's consistent with the new
Been playing it pretty consistently since I got it. Usually there are a few hours in the morning I can squeeze in. So far my top hero playtimes are: - trashmouse - ^__^ >__< x__x - combat frog - justice bird - ghost boy - the cavalry - grandma Check out my sweet achievements I guess. Got some fun skins and things from the Summer Games but I want to unlock ALL THE EMOTES. In time, I guess. But Halloween is coming up, so I have that to look forward too.
Ah, the day is again upon us. Today, March 14th, 3/14, is the date of that beautiful and perfect ratio that unites circumference and radius, the omnipresent ∏. Come, friends. Let us gather 'round (bad pun) and celebrate this annual occurrence.
Did I mention that I hate geometry?

It happens almost every year. Inevitably, there's pictures prematurely released from The LEGO Group. Sure it's interesting, but they always seem to flood Brickshelf and Maj. I've seen users with only one folder, and have it full of leaked images of upcoming sets. My issue with this is often there are twenty users posting the exact same pictures all at once. This both spoils things for those who don't want to see them and it decreases the views for other folders, which often have amazing MOC
I've been doing a lot of walking and a bit of jogging recently, and coupled with that comes a lot of time listening to the few music albums I actually own. I've long had the feeling that The Glitch Mob's music fit very well into the world of BIONICLE, and I've also had the notion of how I'd like to see the first three years of the BIONICLE story adapted into a proper film trilogy. So from this I've decided to go ahead and just write up a film treatment of the 2001 story as a start. I have no
Got the Darth Maul set today and man am I looking forward to using those "cloth" shoulder shells in a bunch of ways. First time I've actually built something in a while. Feels good.
Since I have like a billion Skull Spiders now I made a tower. It's stacked segments of three spiders. They're in like a wheel shape that's held together by leg friction.
it let me give this guy a more accurate blaster. I love the mini building craze I get into when new things arrive. I built another thing too but I'm waiting on sharing that until I can finalize it in a satisfactory way. Its character is still evolving.
