Last entry I mentioned I had picked up LEGO Marvel Superheroes from Steam. What a fantastic game. Not only that, but it's gotten me into the recent Marvel film and television literature; I'm particularly enjoying Agents of SHIELD. I've never been into superheroes; I always thought the concept was a bit silly. That perception is definitely changing. I mean, some of it still seems kind of silly, but a bit of silliness isn't a bad thing. In other news, I managed to slam my head into a concrete
I'm going to BrickCon after all - turns out there will be people from Edmonton there that I know so I won't be wanting for company. In keeping with tradition, I'm accepting suggestions for this year's brick badge. Past badges have included "Fashionable AFOL," "This character limit suc," and "The character limit still su." -L
AND IT WAS AMAZING
Seriously. My ears were still ringing this morning.
They played pretty much only hits for two and a half hours, only a few of which I didn't know.
I was actually surprised at how many of the songs I recognized, since I don't really listen to them except when I hear them on the radio. But I think I'll pick up one or two of their CDs now.
Oh, and sorry CzaR, but I didn't get any pics. I wasn't sure if they would allow cameras so I didn't want to risk it. Of course as

So what's up?
Not much? Didn't think so.
So I just finished up the Fall drama production at my school, in which Razlak had a major part. The biggest part, actually. He did rather well. I wasn't actually in the cast, but rather in the band along with two of my very good friends and fellow musicians. 'Twas rather fun, and we all went out for pizza afterwards. Oh, and I got to wear a suit three nights in a row.
There's also a chance I might be going to see Ozzy Osbourne next week.
I thi
Always wanted to get this one! An exclusive to Woolworth's containing comic #13, a rerelease of Vakama in polybag format, and an infected Hau Nuva. I believe it was produced to promote the Mask of Light film. This was the only one I could find on the internet:
The box is opened, but at least that means we can have a look at the contents. I quite like the artwork on the polybag:
Also found two of the three trading card games from the early years. All six boxes are still seal
So as some of you might have noticed by now, I've sort of been less active over the previous few months, but I should be back in the near future.
I will also most likely be at BrickCon later this year, and quite possibly BrickFest in March 2011.
In other news, the Olympics (which are unfortunately now over, as the world knows) were even more eventful than I had predicted. Got lots of swag and went to the Paralympic Opening Ceremonies. More later.
And now, back to real life. In other wor
Not fun. Started coughing last Thursday and spent the whole week recovering. Hence my absence from BZP, as I was lying on the couch a few feet behind me for six days.

Majhost is working again! ... Kidding, I just uploaded all my BZP images to Brickshelf. In other news, I finally joined BioniLUG. Which is really cool, because I've been wishing there was a LUG in my area for like seven years and I'm finally in one. -Letagi
Oh look. 100
That's pretty cool.
I was gonna make it a tad more exciting but can't think of anything so there you have it.
Also Eddie Izzard came to town on Friday.
I didn't go.
Boo.

Everyone go read Pomegranate's blog entry. I've been thinking along those same lines. In a way, I get where all the negativity comes from; the fact is, this is a community of mostly adults, and wherever there are a bunch of adults there will almost always be conflict. The fact that this is a forum about a children's toy is irrelevant. But at the same time, adults should know how to handle that conflict when it arises in a mature and effective way. Conflict is natural, but when it turns into dr
