Pocket Dimensions?

Can somebody explain to me what this means and where the information was sourced from? I wasn't aware that Pocket Dimensions were actually made.   Thanks .

More Deleted Scenes

This image is from a dream sequence in which Mata Nui fears about not being able to get away from Bara Magna in time to save the Matoran.   I don't know about this scene - it seems that the original design of the Metus helmet was meant to be like a ninja helmet or something...

Brickfair 2010

Unfortunately, I won't be able to go to Brickfair this year, because it coincides with the national Concert Band Festival for New Zealand which I'm participating in.   I'll definitely still be sending MOCs and artwork to Brickfair though, and Brickcon is on maybe-but-slightly-more-likely.

Disappointment

Stares at newly acquired Dino 2010 sets...   Gazes outside...   Activates light-up eyes and mouth of T-rex...   Double-checks outside...   *sigh*

So I Gave My Buzz-saw Ussal Some Bubblegum

And now he's slacking on the job! [flash=350,300]http://www.brickshelf.com/gallery/sprxtrerme/BIONICLE-Art/ussal.swf So I'm giving this Ussal away. He's free to any good sig-home: [flash=350,300]http://www.brickshelf.com/gallery/sprxtrerme/BIONICLE-Art/ussal.swf[/flash] I would have this Ussal in my sig but I have the Mata instead, discussing before they enter Kini-Nui. Kopaka not moving is yet another thing I love about the MNOLG. (MNOLG and Ussal appreciation entry. )

2012

I saw it yesterday, and I rate it overall as alright.   The special effects had a wide range and were incredibly impressive over the entire film, and there were some pretty funny/intense/enjoyable moments in it.   The main detracting feature though was the way the plot and action played with the odds. I found myself laughing during the action scenes because the characters were still alive despite driving over falling ground, around flying debris/vehicles and even through a collapsing skyscrape

Sweepod Wips

Basis of the MOC, and the reason I needed copious amounts of Exo-force hands. Original cabin, ditched because it looks like a bus. Original cabin interior. Final entry, before I got my parts this morning. As it turns out, I didn't change as much as I thought I would, so I've got plenty of parts to use for a similar yellow MOC in the future. Minifig before my parts arrived. I think the classic head suits quite well when he's reveling with his chicken leg.

New Year Thoughts...

Finally it's a new year, and this is the third decade I've existed in. (Makes you sound old right?)   I didn't blog it earlier, but I got Toa Mata Nui for Christmas, and I don't think it's a terribly bad set. Somehow looking past the colour-scheme and the back, the building experience is solid, and while the design is based on Takanuva's build, there are many improvements and added detail to it (he's also a head higher), and the thornax-shield is great. The price could've been $10 less, but

Super Frustrating

I'm working on an Ice-Planet-coloured MOC inspired by my TOCs, but I can't find the last piece I need to complete it.   It's one of those blue Insectoid medium wheels, I have 2 of them, 1 is in the MOC and I'm sure the other was on my desk last night ready to be used.     Edit: Found it now.   Also, is there anything else that makes an Armaskers MOC an Armaskers MOC aside from a Vahki head?

Original Content Programming

To put this blog to good use, I'm working on some new categories like Planetperson's Farshtey Feed and Dokuma's Ask me Anything.   One thing I will be doing is a weekly MOC where people suggest the next week's MOC inspiration, but I need 6 other categories for a blog post everyday. Any suggestions?

Blog Back And Stuff

It's nice to use this blog again. It's been a while since I've used it, and I should probably re-premier if I wasn't so strapped for cash at the moment. Congrats BZP on lasting 9 years, and thanks for letting me use my blog for the week!   I haven't been doing too much in the Bionicle world because I've been busy arranging other LEGO things and very busy with life. I'd like to do something else for Brickfair next month (other than the MOC I sent), in the form of art/animation that could be dow

The Good: I have an idea for the contest It has a technique that I haven't seen used before It matches the theme, and isn't eye-scaring It applies the Rule of Cool I have copious amounts of blue axle-pins, and this is finally a good use for them It's not a mosaic There is no reveling, but the minifig could be if I include beer I've bought all the necessary parts to make it from the US, including copious amounts of a part required, because the copious amount that I have (68) is not enough Th

Collection Of Thoughts

My BBCC entry is half-done - I've done one figure, now I need to do the other one (the bigger one).   I'm afraid that my voting in the contest is going to be heavily biased, because I only know movie-sci-fi, and have never played games along the lines of Halo, Mass Effect, etc. (Please don't shun me )   In my life, I've finally relocated my computer, camera and LEGO collection to the same room, so hopefully I'll be able to post amusing Bionicle-related pictures in the blog soon.   Hero F

Obligatory Bbcc57 Entry

I just need to find out a few more answers to questions, then I'll get started.   Not sure what to make though, because every well-made MOC in this contest will be incredibly awesome given the theme, so it might help to choose a subject that's awesome to the greatest number of people. But then again, being awesome to too many people may end up as too generic, and half the other entries will be about the same thing (ie Star Wars/Halo).   The one thing I'm going to rely on is that a big MOC will

Iron Man 2

Good stuff, I finally got to see it.   For those of you who are going to see it, be sure to wait until after the credits for a Marvel-movie-related teaser! B)   In other news, thank you to everyone for your support in the BBCC! Especially the other contestants like the ROUS and Rubik's Cube.

Friction Cycle

IMO, 55555's Friction Cycle deserves to win BBCC56.   His pin-wheel technique has been testing my patience for the last couple of hours, but I've almost beaten it.

Dvd Sweepstakes

In response to this topic, I just received Race to Witch Mountain, The International and (another) The Legend Reborn as a runner-up prize of their DVD competition.   A pleasant surprise to my morning, and thanks to Hakann-The Bully for bringing the competition to my attention!   Now, back to my BBCC...
