I saw it yesterday, and I rate it overall as alright.

The special effects had a wide range and were incredibly impressive over the entire film, and there were some pretty funny/intense/enjoyable moments in it.

The main detracting feature though was the way the plot and action played with the odds. I found myself laughing during the action scenes because the characters were still alive despite driving over falling ground, around flying debris/vehicles and even through a collapsing skyscraper.

I recommend you watch it sometime for the special effects though, but do it before 2013 otherwise the plot will lose the rest of its believability.
