Yeah, today, December 16th, 2004, was the day I joined BZP. I've been here for five whole years now, exactly. Wow. Now to go check out my new spinny...

My dad took me to a second hand store to show me a turntable they had for sale, but we found an entire Toshiba stereo setup, with radio, record, and cassette players. Then we found awesome 75 watt speakers and a 5-CD changer to hook up to it, and I now have an amazing, ~$1500 stereo system (at least that's how much it would've been in, say, the 70's). As it is, it cost him $200 which I have to pay back come september when I get a job. (Also the blue one is my old one; nicer looking but this new
Yes, I know that was a horrible way to abuse the holiday season. Oh well. Anyone feel like they could drop me a review here? IMO it's one of my best MOCs, and the BBC has been horridly slow since the forums returned... so yeah. I don't usually promote my stuff through such... manipulative means, but I really like this one lol
At my school, rock band and guitar hero were the coolest things. Whoever didn't play them was out of "the circle". Yet, now, it seems as if I'm the only one who still likes it. And now, people are calling it that three letter word that begins with a "G". And it's not just that. Even the Bionicle fad, and all those other things? Sure, people don't need to like them, but what about the people who do? there's no need to insult them/their intelligence.
Seriously, what's everybody's problem?

So, I dunno' if any of you kept up with The All-American Rejects after their BIONICLE gig, or if you ever even liked them in the first place. But they just released their fourth album, and I picked it up the other day. After the release of their third album, which was an unbelievable improvement from Move Along (seriously you can't imagine how much better/different it was), I figured this one wouldn't beat it. I was right, but after listening through Kids In The Street many times, I can safely
Well going through my blog approvals, you two guys seem to have moved/deleted yours from where they were hosted. Mind giving me the updated version so I can link them properly? Thanks.
My friend Iro has been working on an epic for some time called Fractures, and We'd appreciate it if you'd go check it out.
Here we go, links to save you the trouble of sifting through the nasty Epic forum:

Right, so I just bought Coheed & Cambria's new album, "Year Of The Black Rainbow". First off, I had extremely high hopes for this album, due to the awesomeness of the previous two albums.
Ok, so, the artwork is sweet. I think, aside from "Good Apollo I", it's my favourite pic of the five.
As for the music, well, as a whole I wasn't thrilled. They've taken on a more electronic sound as opposed to their old guitar-oriented stuff, which I don't like. That said, however, this album does
At least, not anything anyone cares about. Let's see...
Been trying to continue my Star Trek models, back into my Megadeth phase, enjoying physics, been too unmotivated to come on BZP for weeks... haven't been on the computer much... went on a diet/cleanse thingy and lost a ton of weight (not literally), and went snowboarding once.
That about sums up my life at the moment.
Well, go back about 6 years, now... back to a time known as 2005. I was in Florida, at Disney World, in a lego store in Downtown Disney. I find a Toa Iruini/Norik two-pack there for surprisingly cheap - only $14! I had wanted Norik since I saw him but never found him in stores. I had bought Iruini ages ago though, and that put me off of buying this pack... So I instead bought the brand new Piraka (Thok and Zaktan) along with Piruk and Balta, and Kazi. I have regretted that decision every day.
Why have I not watched this show ages ago? Of course now I'll have to deal with withdrawal symptoms once it's criminally short time is over, but still. This show is one of the best I've ever seen.
I pre-ordered the Megadeth deluxe edition bundle about a month ago. We had money for it and everything. This morning my mom gets an email saying they couldn't get payment. WELL DUH cool dudes. That's what happens when you try and take payment over a month AFTER the freakin' thing was bought! There's 3 days left until the album comes out, and I don't think it likely I'll be able to buy one a second time around, we're pretty broke right now. But at least there's a new pony episode tomor- Oh ye
Well, first off, I saw the Hunger Games on Saturday. I have to say, it was brilliantly done. Jennifer Lawrence is a perfect Katniss, and same with Hutcherson/Peeta. I also think they made Haymitch a bit more lovable, which I'm not sure yet how I feel about. But in all, it was really book-true, and captured the emotions really well (especially Rue's death). Finally a movie that really does the story justice. Next, I watched the new MLP and Transformers Prime episodes. In the case of Ponies, I h
...until Megadeth's 13th album, entitled "Th1rt3en", is released! I'm so stoked for my package to come in, I'll have my very first vinyl records. =D Also get to download the album a day early (even though it's already leaked. I will not look for it. Will not.) Also they just released the re-recorded version of Black Swan, a bonus track from their 11th album United Abominations, and it sounds soooo much better. Can't wait to hear the new versions of New World Order and Millennium Of The Blind.
