My brother had a birthday party today (his birthday was earlier this week). Our family and a bunch of his friends went to a bowling alley at the local college to go bowling.

It took my permit test this morning. It went really well. I passed with 97%. The one question I got wrong probably wasn't to bad of a mistake.
I'll be taking 2 hours of behind the wheel on Saturday afternoon. Hopefully I will be able to do a little driving with my parents before then.

I finally got tired of waiting for Toys R Us to get in a shipment of LEGO Advent Calenders. When I was in there the middle of last week they didn't have any in stock. The person I talked too though said they would be getting some in soon. A week later and approx. 3 calls later they still don't have any available. My College Algebra course has been pretty interesting so far. We had an algebra review test on Tuesday. I ended up getting one wrong because I rounded something to the hundredth decimal place instead of the tenth decimal place.
When the professor was going over the test answers apparently some of the students gave multiple choice answers. Lucky for them the professor didn't marked it wrong, I don't think they'll be making that mistake again, though.

The good news is that my trip to the National Boy Scout Jamboree will be payed off by the end of January. The bad news I'm not sure how many more 8 hour days I can survive.

I had the ACT this morning. Out of all the thngs that I have/had to get done recently this was probably the least stressful.

I originally thought I missed out on the series 2 minifigs after Toys R Us sold out before I was able to get over there. However, fate had other plans for me.
While I was shopping this weekend I discovered a massive stock pile of series 2 minifigs in the Christmas of a local Shopko. I didn't have a bar code chart, but I manged to feel out a Karate Master. I got lucky with that one, since it came with two of the minifig statue things.

Woke up this morning and it looked like it was winter again. As much as I love snow, I don't want to see after March, and I certainly don't want to see it near the end of April.
I miss last year, it warmed up right after spring break and then it was pretty much nice the rest of track season.
After waiting over two years I'm finally going to be able to get my permit. My Mom picked up my blue card yesterday and I'll probably be going to take the permit test on Thursday. I am so excited. I'm finally going to be able to start driving.
My dad is probably going to be buying a small car to drive. Originally he was going to get a Beetle but that idea has pretty much died. I don't really care what he gets as long as it doesn't look terrible.
So last night we got another 2 inches of snow. Since I don't have class anymore this year I ended up shoveling all of it. It actually wasn't as bad as it could have been since it was warmer out today then it has been lately.
With the wind chill it's felt like it's been below 0 for almost the last week. It actually felt pretty warm today. No wind and the air temp was probably around 10. Yes, you can tell I live in a northern climate. Anywhere else 10 degrees would be really cold.
I braved the somewhat slippery roads earlier to day to go to Toys R Us and pick up some of the series 3 minifigs.
They had a bunch there. I ended up using both the dot chart and feeling the bag to find the figs I wanted. I hadn't realized how faint the dots were so I almost thought that case was defective. Toys R Us had the price $4 per minifig, but I ended getting them for $3 each, since they were having a buy 1 get one 50% off.

When I hopped on BZPower at about 3:25 this afternoon I got a suprise. When I tried to access LGD I got an IPS Driver error. When I scrolled down to the bottom of the home page It turned out there were only two people logged in. Myself and one other guy.
Something was up, since I had never seen that few of people on. When I refreshed the page the forums had been turned offline. Another refresh and I got a forum maintenance page. The next refresh brought up the forum offline page agian
Turns out there was a break in my premier membership. I got reactivated now though. So I'm back with Lifetime.
No more worrying about premier ending dates. Now I just need to worry about the end of the site.
My name is also going to get changed back pretty soon. I'm not sure just when though.

Last night was my troop Centennial Celebration Court of Honor. It was originally scheduled for last Monday, but the local weather conditions had other plans.
To start off we had a bunch of old scouting stuff set up around the room for people to look at. One Assistant Scout Master brought in his Boy Scout Hand Book collection. He is only missing the first two editions. Another ASM brought in a bunch of old Boys Life Magazines.

I should be running the 1600 Meters in today's track meet. My goal is to run faster then 6 minutes. I'm mostly healthy now. My shin splints are pretty much gone. I'm probably going to skip the spikes and save those for the last meet of the season next week.
I haven't really done anything good since that 2:30 I had at the beginning of the season. Maybe this will be the point where I turn it around.
To quote my SPL, "The only thing I learned this weekend is that none of us are really ready for Jamboree."
Truthfully, I think that we're a little bit more prepared then that. I think my patrol is pretty decent. The first few meals that we cooked went okay, clean up was the worst part, although by the last meal we got that worked out somewhat.

Yesterday my Jamboree troop had it's third meeting. My patrol is the Norway Pine. I think it is the most normal patrol in my troop right now. One still has to be be named and the other two are the Flaming Chickens and Kool-Aid.
I now get the fun job of going through and trying to figure out what everyone's e-mail address's are. Looking at everyone else's stuff I really don't have bad handwriting.
We also have to start our fitness program so we don't die after walking about 10 mile
I suppose I would have to make this post. I get to spend Valentines Day by my self. In fact considering the circumstances it's probably a good thing I'm spending it alone. I was up almost all of last night sick. Ugh! Not Fun!

Switched back to my old name now. It was a fun month with F=ma but it wasn't quite as good as Michigan J. Frog. I think I might switch up my font and post color though. I really like the font I was using for the last month.
