Day 22 Oh Thursday's, how I love you so. Took a Fitness and Wellness exam this morning, I think it went pretty well. I spent most of the day reading Plato's Gorgias, which was a really interesting read. Also, I found out my roomate definitely does not enjoy any sort of electronic music.
Day 70 Oh Daylight Savings, I love you so. I finally was able to install some new games, namely AC: Brotherhood, Bioshock 1 & 2, and Crysis. So I'll probably play those when I have some time. wut i leave for florida in three days i'm not ready for that at all
Well, looks like the board's back up. You know what that means... Anyways, I'm done with finals. Finally. Been tag-team marathoning Doctor Who, Majora's Mask, and Final Fantasy VII to keep myself busy.
Day 79 I guess one side effect of barely getting on BZP anymore is missing lots of drama. Ooh, and I nabbed Darksiders II for 17 bucks. That'll be fun.
Went for the final sail of the season with my sea scout ship. Pretty awesome.
Hit 7.0 knots under my watch, the record being 7.5 knots under someone else's watch. 7 knots isn't really that fast, but under only sail, it feels like it.
Also awesome new av is awesome.
Day 38 So, today was pretty awesome. I watched Doctor Who, which was pretty sad... I miss Rory already. But awesome stuff happened later. So, me and about six other guys went on a night adventure. We went hiking for a while, climbed a barbed wire fence, and then climbed onto a water tower. We chilled there for about an hour. It was awesome.
Saw it, and was quite pleased. The plot at sometimes is painfully transparent, but your too busy being wowed beyond belief at the superb CGI. You can't tell it's not real. Which is awesome.
So yeah, it's definitely worth seeing, and probably buying when it comes out.

So I guess I should update this thing a bit. Seeing as I've been away for a while. Let's see. First of all, for all you who started college this semester, especially those who chose the illustrious Physics major. Don't worry. Sophomore year is much harder. I'm in an electronics course that started with only seven people, two of which dropped it due to grades. Aside from that though, I'm still loving Physics, and tutoring might be one of the most rewarding things I've ever done. The class
Day 89 Man, I've gotta stop watching things on the internet that make me sad. In semi-related news, I've been feeling very nostalgic as of late. And not the, "bioniclze r betr then heero factry", kinda way. More of the, "I'll never be able to view the world as I did in some ambiguous 'before' time". And that makes me sad.
My God. He's like the holy spawn of Jimi Hendrix and The Beatles. Mr. Fantasy may be my new favorite song ever. EDIT: And throw some Jethro Tull in there for good measure.
So I've been having fun with modular origami, and thought I'd share with y'all what I've been doing. First up is this guy. In the family of Icosidodecahedra, this is the Compound of Five Tetrahemihexahedra (yes, that's its actual name). 30 sheets used in this one. Next, is the Enigma Cube! I'm particularly fond of this thing. Mine is kinda sloppy though. The neat thing about this one is it has an illusory cube inside. It's kinda hard to tell with that picture, so here's an awful gif. Link
Day 14 So, I saw my new favorite math joke today: A like of infinite Mathmaticians walk into a bar. The first one orders a drink. The second one orders half a drink. The third one orders a quarter of a drink. After the fourth one orders, the bartender puts two drinks on the counter and says: "You boys really need to learn your limits!" I lol'd. Anyways, we had Physics lab today. Which turned into "what's wrong with the software". Anyways, classes were pretty nondescript today.
Check it.
I've actually had that done for a while, just been to lazy to upload it.
Also, It's SNOWING!!! And it's not supposed to stop till Sunday morn.

Hey, got a question for anyone who's got an answer: Do you know where I can find piano sheet music for a movie theme medley? I've been looking and striking out, so I figured I'd ask here. Any themes would be good, but I'd really like to find one that's mostly John Williams.
Thanks for all the birthday wishes everyone!
And a special thanks to Expired!/Fresh!/Chunky!/Spicy!/Smooth! for making a birthday topic.
In case anyone wanted to know, I got cymbals for my drums, a TMNT-shirt, the fourth Bourne book, a book on devotions, and iTunes money.
All in all, a good birthday.
Day 39 I started Darksiders today. It's pretty fun so far, although it doesn't make much sense now. Also, my sister's coming to visit tomorrow! So that'll be fun.
Day 71 Ugh, that freakin' laser is a pain in the neck! We seem to have sprung a leak in the main cavity of the laser, so that'll take about a week to fix up. In other news, man I'm so excited for ponies. 'S gonna be awesome.
Day 80 So, who's ready for a paper writing all-nighter?! Yeah, me neither. freakin' plato... In other news, we did a fun little trick in Physics lab today. Basically, you hold a bicycle wheel, and get it spinning pretty fast. Then you step on to a turntable of somesort, and turn the bicycle wheel. Due to the conservation of angular momentum, you can get spinning really fast, just by turning the wheel completely over. It's tons of fun.
