in honor of this joyous sports occasion i present my favorite Hero Factory advertising in history http://youtu.be/5ckdu5D99vE http://youtu.be/5ospik7hiSo http://youtu.be/LWTcWFT9uVA
Ok, yes, that's probably an awful idea. Squidbuds were a ripoff of someone else's Shadow Leech signature pet that somehow took off despite me being dreadful at pixel art at the time. Mostly the point here is to show off that I don't suck at pixel art anymore. I do still suck at mouths, though. God, those mouths are awful.
I realize I came off as confrontational and rude, and I now see the error of my ways. Ninjago is not, in fact, as bad as I said it was. I watched
, which made several excellent points (and I highly recommend you all watch it as well), and concede that I was wrong.
the 2004 Creator sets, namely Deep Sea Predators, Prehistoric Creatures, and Titan XP, are the best Creator sets and from there they’ve only gone downhill IMO
so hero factory 2014 i guess some of the designs are nice, and the beasts are pretty neat some of them id need to have in hand to judge properly but im not a big fan of the xl machine at all splitter beast seemed cool until i saw how awful it looks split evo walker is a joke that is all
ive been on this site for over six years do i qualify to be a grumpy old coot who grumbles about the way things used to be "back in my day you couldnt talk about youtube! we could only talk about #######."
(I edited out a racist word, though I left the N, and I hope that's ok.) Basically, don't bring up MLK Jr. until you know EVERYTHING he stood for, or you'll bring him up in a way that would have him rolling in his grave. I'm leaving this entry unlocked, so I hope y'all can behave.
an anime that is definitely worth a watch, at least in my opinion. I'm about halfway through my most recent rewatching of it and between the art style in many scenes, the music, and the compelling story, i think it's an excellent show/series/story/whatever. For once I am being completely unironic in what I say. Take that to heart. This is so important to me that I am abandoning my usual speech patterns to get my point across.
but lo and behold, it still exists on an obscure corner of the internet. Unfortunately, I don't think I can share it here unless the site has moderator approval :/
So! They recently described a specimen of a new large dromaeosaurid from a formation I unfortunately cannot name on BZPower. It was a contemporary of Tyrannosaurus rex, and it notably preserves quill knobs on the arm bone, giving us direct evidence of feathers. As a very close relative of Utahraptor, and of comparable size, it's safe to conclusively say anyone claiming Utahraptor was too big to be feathered is a moron. Anyway, since I occasionally dream of being a palaeoartist, here's my recon
(im a little disappointed at the differences between the set and the movie, especially those that shouldn't have been too hard to incorporate. still, best amputee character ever)
