My Xbox got here today. So far all I've done is set it up, mess with preferences, redeem some codes, and play a little Burnout (SO FUN). Hooking it up to my monitor is a pain; long story short I can't use my speakers anymore for my PC, so I guess I'm going headphones only (final destination) for my PC. Guess next on my to-by list should be a TV (or another set of speakers, but that's ridiculous). Also what's up with the Dashboard only being 720p, it hurts my eyes.

I decided to do a quest for the Bards and find King Olaf's lost verse. I fast traveled to the nearest location and fought a Blood Dragon. On several occasions it landed far enough away from me that I was no longer considered to be in combat. Eventually I killed it and got to the dungeon. I beat Trine 2 today. It's one of the most beautiful games I've played, for sure. The art direction is great and the lighting is just spectacular. The gameplay was a little disappointing; there were too many similar puzzles and combat still only consisted of mashing mouse 1. I continued doing Thieves quests in order to improve the Guild. I did enough for the remaining two cities, Markarth and Solitude, and started the special missions. Prototype was close to completion when I wrote the last entry, and I beat it soon after. Like I said before, really fun game and I recommend it. On my way to meet the Greybeards, I came across "Orphan's Rock." I expected to come across dozens of sad, homeless children. Instead I got witches. And a HAGRAVEN. Like, REALLY LOVE. I downloaded this great program called MP3Gain. It scanned the volume level of all my music, then adjusted them so they were all relatively the same. No more adjusting the speakers when a quiet song comes on!
