I have a lot on my plate this week. >.< Take the HSPE (aka the "not a WASL") this week (except on Friday; we have that off) Finish revising most of H&H Post revised chapters by Saterday This might not be a long list, but I feel my week's gonna be total keye'ung.
(For those of you that don't know, that's Navi (from Avatar) for "insanity". )
In about ten-fifteen minutes (assuming that the plans don't change), I'll be off with Dad and the camera. And yes, I will be posting said pics here when I get back.

I'm back in school. Spring Break didn't last.

Despite the fact I took all the steps, I failed to obtain the songs Cryoshell was giving away.
Now I have to wait until they release the CD here in the States, and I haven't a clue when that's going to happen.

Apparently, the book Night by Elie Wiesel is required reading material for tenth graders in my school district, despite the fact a good handful of my English class have read it back in elementary school.
It's not a big book -- barely hits 110 pages -- so I managed to read it today, after getting it yesterday (probably would've read it faster, but I had more homework yesterday). I have to say, it's probably the most depressing book I've ever read (and I've read the Series of Unfortunate Event
Over on my end, it's 7:00PM Pacific Time. Since my fam usually celebrates New York midnight, we'll be raising glasses of sparkling cider/champane in two hours.
Now, resolutions. Uusually I never make resolutions for real life, simply because I know I'll forget them. However, my main one is to get all A's/A-'s by the end of either this semester or the school year, so I can get my hands on a laptop.

Well, here we go again. Nothing changed on my schedule (which is a good thing; I was worried I might not get a second semester of Metals ).

So I went to Best Buy to return Dragon Age: Origins. (It's not what I'm interested in at the moment), and then I went to look for Halo: Reach so I could buy it. I found it, but I also found a bunch of games I also wanted, among them Transformers: War For Cybertron, Halo 3: ODST, and LEGO Harry Potter.
I compare that to being forced to pick either a million dollars or a contract with a really good publishing house.

We're finally wrapping up Things Fall Apart. Today, we start A Midsummer Night's Dream, and on Friday, we start the Blogging Unit (no, I'm not yanking your chain on the Blogging thing; we're actually gonna be blogging for our grades these last few weeks )
On another note, I'm considering joining that new Pokemon RPG, Rise of the Rockets, once I have the time. Chimchar will be on my roster for sure, being my favorite starter, but I'm not sure what the other one should be . . .
Considering the fact that the Seneca's main job as storytellers are to get people to accept the realities we create, I figured this fit us better. Besides, we've got a lot more than a dragon protecting the Keep now.

A while ago, Kagha asked me why I keep using a bunch of real-world names in my stories (Ex: Kronus, Eos, Ariadne, Ajax, Ares, Atlas, etc). I have two reasons to defend myself. The first is that one of the people I admire on this site, Saya (currently called The Wild Rider), used real-world names in some of her stories, and since I borrow a lot of things from those I read from (as Repicheep can testify to), well, there you are.
The second part is that there are a bunch of names in Bionicle pro
New season started last night. It was Dog Myths Part 2, with Beat the Bloodhound (Part 2) and Beat the Sniffer Dog. In the end, though, the Mythbusters just couldn't beat the canines and their handlers. B)
Next week: Apparently, they're doing tornado myths again, and calling in the Stormchasers from the Discovery Channel show to help them out.
