My chemistry teacher had leftover liquid nitrogen from something (is this a normal thing?) and decided to pour some of it in a glass container and freeze stuff so he could shatter it. It worked for like two minutes and then the container just shattered into these large shards. (Nobody got hurt)He just kinda looked at it and didn't know what to do. I really wanted to shout a Cave Johnson quote but I didn't.
I really don't know how to feel about this one. On one hand the story is really interesting and super depressing, both things I enjoy, on the other hand, the gameplay seemed to go out of its way to do nearly everything wrong. From a leveling system that makes no sense, to save points being in the exact wrong places and dungeons that lock you in with few recovery options and a bunch of generic RPG stuff that seemed tacked on with little benefit. Well then. I don't know what I expected but it was deffinately not that. I mean, I still don't have a skell and that's unbelievably frustrating but at least the story is interesting.

Finally! It took more than a year, but I did it! That was a really good game, but it seemed to make itself really, really difficult to complete at times. But the story was really good and I really enjoyed the combat. I only wish it was on a more powerful system because the game was so beautiful but graphically it would have been nice at a higher resolution, but honestly I'm quite surprised it ran as well as it did on a 3DS. Really good game though. Definitely recommend.

So, recently, one of my friends decided he was no longer going to play M rated games. Well, that's all fine and dandy except he still plays them. I've just bought three games in the span of less then 24 hours. All of them on sale. Pfft. I won't buy a bunch of games I said. I was wrong. I wonder how long it will be until I just randomly start buying gift copies of games for people. I see that happening during the next big sale. This has been one of the best mistakes I've ever made.
I just found a copy of Metroid Prime: Hunters at my local used bookstore. I know this has never been the best Metroid game, but I used to play it with my friends in my freshmen year of high school.
