The Fireworks Argh

Since there are fireworks tonight I know that I'm most likely not going to be getting any sleep. So many loud fireworks...   And even if I do go to sleep, it'll only be three hours at the maximum before I get awoken.

I once confused a place called 'Swindon' with Sweden.   This led me to say that I could drive to Sweden, despite living on an island with no land bridge to Europe. We had one once, but it's under the sea and raising it would probably disrupt far too many things to be viable.   I feel embarrassed for my (still) bad grasp of geography.

A SW Question

Why are about 50%-65% of the names of Star Wars characters so bad?   Especially in the prequels.   If there's one thing that the sequel trilogy can do to make it better than the prequels, it's make the prequels non-canon in Star Wars.

Pyre is probably my favourite Supergiant Games game yet.   The music and art, as per usual, is stunning.   It's definitely very different to their prior games. Less focus on the world, significantly more on their characters, which I thinks works very well.   Pyre spoilers And it's longer than Bastion and Transistor combined.

Everyone knows, of course, that the person who makes the best puns rules the universe, right?   That bad puns are discouraged by throwing the stinkiest cheeses at the creator of the bad pun?   And not making puns at all... well, that's the biggest crime you can commit. Sleep

Last week or so I managed to not sleep on no less than three different, but not consecutive nights. Sleep is hard. The effects of this are also still haunting me and maybe laughing at me like the effects of sleep deprivation they are. Sleep is annoying. Why is it so hard when you want sleep but so easy when you don't? Argh. LoSS is also beginning to grow on me a bit, even if he's not that great. He has a nice technic build and I may change the trans orange beams on his legs to hotdogs necks and
