After the (self proclaimed) fail that was my WV MoC, I decided to try something else. She took a dastardly long time to make and the hair was a nightmare but I finally think she's ready for public eyes. The reason this is a WiP is becuase there are a few things I'm not happy with.
First off this guy needs a weapon. Any suggestions?
Second, I'm not sure I like those chunky ankles. Any impute on that front would be welcome too.
Finally I might do a little more smoothing on some of his parts.

I ordered one. It had to be done. Would have loved to get the Cancer or Aries one, but to anyone who didn't know about Homestuck it would pretty pointless. Also, I'm thinking about going as Dirk Strider for Halloween this year. (Yeah, it's a loooooooong way off, but I like to plan ahead.) If not him then most likely I'll go as Dave's Bro.
Just got book about Renaissance medicine from online. Can't wait to read it! The book follows a Doctor named Leonardo Fioravanti so it should be an interesting read.
After a bit more polishing in the workshop and a complete change of his head Toa Onepu has now become...Regilius!
Pretty cool right? I took what advice I could from Lord Oblivion and then came to the conclusion that the custom body I had build was just not the right theme for a Toa. After swapping out the head and giving the MoC a pair of guns Toa Onepu was now Regilius the hunter. I'm still working out a story for this new character but I can say I like the overall look and feel of this guy
To any of you Homestuck fans out there who have listened to the coloUrs and mayhem album you will most likely know how awesome track 30 is. I'm here to say that all of Rachel's work is fantastic. After fully EV'ing my Dragonite I was board of playing online so I went over to the Battle Maison and cobbled together a team to harvest a little BP. I've been thinking about this for a while now. Is there any greater reward for your creativity besides a well thought-out review? Even if the review has nothing good to say, it still means that someone noticed your work and cared.
I'm a little sad to say, but I didn't really enjoy it all that much. Did I miss something? Who do you play with and how do you guys go about doing it? To me it was just the same exact same thing as survival, except for the fact that my friends were running around doing. There was not a lot of in-game interaction between us that I was aware of.
