Last night, as I was in bed trying to fall asleep, it occured to me that I have no control whatsoever when I am asleep. That night I had the most bizarre/scary dream of my life. Now I can't fall asleep again. Suggestions?
You are aware that the point of commentary is to talk about WHAT IS GOING ON, not what the players might be feeling? Also, do you have to show an instant replay of EVERY POINT immediately after it occurs? Can't you just recap the previous segment after each commercial break? I feel like the Olympics are important enough that I should make an effort to pay attention to what's going on. also please stop airing boring/depressing/cheesy medical commercials kthxbai
If the chance that somebody will walk into a room I'm in and say "Do/show me how to/give me (x) or I'll shoot you!" Is extremely low, it's not worth knowing how to do. For example, "Show me how to graph an equation containing two variables and an absolute value or I'll shoot you" probably won't happen.
So the other day in my math class, the teacher was chaperoning for something. That day we had a 10-question quiz in a nearly 2-hour class. Needless to say things derailed pretty quickly once everyone was done with the quiz. A little ways into class, one girl in front of me asks for a yellow colored pencil. I oblige because, well, I suck at art and didn't need it anyway. A minute or two later she shows me what she drew. It was the TriForce. Being the extremely unskilled artist I am, I decide
The only none-electronic item on my Christmas list is the Steve Jobs biography. xD My mom (massive anti-gamer) tells me all the time that playing video games too much will give me ADD. My philosophy is that I've spent so much time in my life playing video games, that if they were going to give me ADD, it would have happened by now. =P
Step One: Invent time travel. Step Two: Go back in time and shoot whoever invented homework. Step Three: Return to present day and be worshipped by students everywhere, preferably female. Step Four: ??? Step Five: Profit!
Okay...I was already pretty pumped for this game. But a new trailer came out from that Nintendo Conference this morning/last night, and I am sold. There've been mixed reports from people saying that the last Official Nintendo Magazine confirms an outside-Japan release. I would be a bit surprised if this didn't come out outside of Japan, considering, you know, MH3 was a big success and the 3DS Boat (I love that name for it ) was designed specifically for it. >Wakes up, makes bed (I usually eat breakfast first and my mom ninjas in and does it, even though I prefer to do it myself and TELL HER THIS FREQUENTLY THANKS A LOT MOM) >Mom comes in >Mom: Gee, Dad did a really bad job of making your bed. >Me: I made it. >Mom: oh, then you did a GREAT job!! >general laughter my parents are strange, strange people
So I get to school, open my locker and my Biology book is missing. I didn't have any Biology homework that day so I probably wouldn't have taken it home, and I didn't remember taking it home. The last place I remember it being was on a backpack cubby by my locker. So throughout the whole day, I SCOUR the school for it. Check with every teacher I can, go to the Lost and Found multiple times, move the cubby WITH ABOUT 200 POUNDS OF BACKPACKS IN IT, and don't find it. I exit the school buildi
I was playing Okami earlier, and here's what was going through my mind at one particular point: Hmm, Sunken Ship? That Mallet that shrinks you down seems like a really cool game mechanic. I like how this game reuses its mechanics and minigames, unlike most Zelda games where you do something once then it becomes obsolete. So anyway, oh hey a trap, that reminds me, I wonder when that Spider Queen Head thing I keep hearing about is going to OH MY GOODNESS THAT IS THE THING THE THING THAT I HEARD
This is a downloadable game by the creators of World of Goo and Henry Hatsworth. Launching with the WiiU eShop. We have no idea what the gameplay is like but I don't care because THE SIGN PAINTER IS BACK BABY WOOOOOO
Geforce GT 430. 60 bucks. It's not top-of-the-line or anything, but it'll cover what I play (Minecraft, Portal, Spore, maybe Civilization 4 and 5 if I ever get those).
I have been waiting since E3 2009 for this game. For years, I've longingly imagined a video game with one to one sword controls. And a Zelda game that does this? Far out. So my question to you, dear reader.. ARE YOU READY FOR SOME ZELDAAAAAAAAAAAAA are you? Oh, by the way, I'll be updating blog with my thoughts on the game as I play it. Don't worry, I'll mark the entries as spoilers.
