So I finally decided to download, play, and beat To The Moon today. I have not cried at a game in...a long time In fact, I have ONLY cried at one other game. And I cried more at To The Moon than the other one. everyone go play it if you haven't already even though it was released in 2011.
i usually don't watch seasonal anime, outside of jojo and such when they air. but now i'm watching Made in Abyss and oh man it's probably like...my second-favorite anime ever now. Gurren Lagann is the only thing above it. Made in Abyss is basically everything i like in a setting and story. exploring a strange setting that only gets stranger the further you go. actual danger for the characters. a beautiful soundtrack and world design. fantasy, but not the generic medieval fantasy - it's got ste

the sound of the people next door yelling obscenities when michael jordan scored that hole-in one on the fourteenth inning when someone shot the puck at him isn't a pleasant sound. especially when there's more people in there than usual when you're doing homework.
I want Ekimu vs Skull Grinder now. Ekimu just looks amazing. Granted, I like (almost) all of the Protector designs (Except the PoF, because ELBOWS ARE NEEDED OKAY), and an added gearbox is very nice, too. Might snag the four-armed one, and the purple one if only for the Onua mask.
i'm incredibly amazed nintendo is ACTUALLY REVEALING THE NX i wonder what rumors will be confirmed...and if they'll reveal the launch titles, too. maybe they'll be better than the wii u's "selection". maybe nintendo will be nice to third parties. who knows.
So, today it was 16 degrees Fahrenheit, with a wind chill of 3 degrees Fahrenheit. Here. In Georgia. I didn't even know it could get this cold here, and even when it snowed twice it never got this cold. Heck, it got so cold that most school districts closed down. Except the school district I'm in. The school system in my county refuses to close down schools for that, but they have closed it for when it snowed...that's about it though. Oh, and it was warmer in Anchorage, Alaska apparently this mo
so, i finally finished up a two-semester long game of Call of Cthulhu. it was a thoroughly entertaining game. the GM was fantastic, the players were great, and it was a great first experience with the system. also i got to have my fat syrian reporter kick a door in and club someone with a Kalashnikov to stop them from freeing an eldritch soul devourer from a book bound in human skin. that was a great moment.
so i took the quiz thing this is my result the second time i took it: Neutral Good Human Wizard (1st Level) Ability Scores: Strength- 10 Dexterity- 15 Constitution- 10 Intelligence- 15 Wisdom- 13 Charisma- 12 Alignment: Neutral Good- A neutral good character does the best that a good person can do. He is devoted to helping others. He works with kings and magistrates but does not feel beholden to them. Neutral good is the best alignment you can be because it means doing what is good without bias
happy turkey day everyone happy really belated canadian thanksgiving, too. and happy early "shopping madness" day as well. tomorrow is the start of christmas, even moreso than it has already started. yay.
so, more sun/moon information today. alola looks to be a much bigger region than what initial images suggested (not just one island, but multiple! probably two gyms per island) and also the new legendaries have interesting types. also i can't believe they hired the great mask of shielding to be your friend. truly incredible work, pokemon. though he looks knda...funny. no i will never get over that name
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=f5uik5fgIaI ngl, the tablet kinda coming back was the LAST thing i expected and with it showing splatoon, that means backwards compatibility is a thing. unless they're releasing a new splatoon to go with it, too. which i'd be surprised to see, honestly. but yes. this is looking really good, especially since the portable screen supports 60FPS at 900p or such. also it'll have skyrim remastered. which means skyrim on the go. which might be a good thing. wonde
new info with sun/moon idk how to feel about the time difference between the games tbh. i mean i'll probably pick sun up now instead, but...eeeeh? type:null is a bizarre synthetic pokemon. i have a feeling it won't be one you can just randomly catch in the wild, and might end up being a gift, or a "boss" pokemon of sorts. aether foundation seems cool. i get the feeling they're actually villains for some reason, though. probably because of Type:Null being synthetic and having to "rival the
yeah there's no other starter to pick right now, this owl is too great not to pick. both legendaries look pretty okay. probably gonna play through Sun first though. really do hope clothing is customizable as well. (there are hints it is!) all in all i'm looking forwards to sun/moon about as much as a normal pokemon game.
so i just went to a toys 'r' us here in canada they had all the summer bionicle sets so of course i picked up umarak the destroyer. contemplated getting ekimu but decided against it since i still didn't get any of the unity toa. picked up lewa/uxar instead.
so, it's that time of the year. finals time. i'm ready to fail o chem and thus have to retake it because the professor decided "you know, the national exam that you have to take isn't hard enough despite being a very difficult 70 question test. let's have you guys do the mechanisms for the problems, too, because having that many multiple choice questions is obviously not enough despite the extreme difficulty of the questions." have i mentioned i hate o chem more than any other class i have e
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NQNNXJky5CE a mystery DUNGEON AYYYYYYYYYY New PMD game is confirmed to exist, and I honestly hope it'll be better than Gates to Infinity. GtI was meh, aside from not having to bring team members along with you for them to get some XP. Certainly cut down on some grind, that's for sure. this makes two games i am incredibly excited for. I just hope this won't be a New 3DS exclusive...that means two consoles I have to purchase as well.
these are the things that I want to go on sale. -Starbound -Terraria (maybe) -...that's it My list is short because I already got 3 things from Steam that I wanted (Just Cause 2, KSP, and Gmod). Granted, KSP was not on sale when I bought it a while ago, but Gmod and JC2 were. JC2 was on sale for 3$, and Gmod was in the Humble Bundle. oh, and on another note, the main thing i want is a new laptop that can actually play these games. i can barely play tf2 with settings at minimum on this thing.
Might as well make this an entry now before it's too late. This entry will be updated whenever I get a new game. Current haul: Guns of Icarus online (gifted from a friend) Dust: an Elysian Tail FTL Games I will hopefully be getting soon: Starbound pretty eh for just one day, but i've saved quite a bit of money right now. the Starbound actually will be kinda gifted to me, too. friend who bought me GoI got it in a 4 pack, they plan on doing the same with Starbound. Except I have to pay for m
