I am so happy. Oh, I am so happy. I have never been happier in my entire life.
I don't think I'll stop being this happy either!
Euphoria. Euphoria.
Oh there are troubles in life. There are troubles. But that's okay. Troubles are for overcoming.

Although there have been many topics, replies, and blog entries dedicated to this piece of BZPower ordinance, many members still seem unclear on this concept. A recent explosion in scofflaws--both of the straight spam, reply spam, and unintentional spam (parenthetical note: Later I will be posting in this blog a list of the different kinds of spam a
Ol' Wawa induced a status of thought-provocation in my cerebellum. His preceding post portrayed a ponderous playlist of pieces purporting to personify his personage and presence. After some contemplation, I concocted one of my own. This is not a list of favorite songs, though some of mine did sneak in there, and all of them are definitely good (I am far too arrogant to allow a bad song status as a representation of me). I honestly tried to select ones that fit the categories. At any rate, I
After several months of absence, I am returning to the stage! Auditions last week went very well and I have been cast in our production of Tartuffe, the classic satire by Molière, as the officer who arrests that rapscallion Tartuffe in the final act. I am extremely happy to have landed a role in the production and looking forward to having as good a time in this theatre as I did in my previous troupe (though that will certainly require an immense amount of awesomeness; I have memories from my
I had this conversion but moments ago.

Me: so the Return of the King came on tv
Black Six: ok
Me: and I started watching it, then said to myself: "why bother watching the normal version interrupted with commercials when I can just pop in the commercial-free extended edition on dvd?"
Me: so I did so, and it just finished
Me: when I took the dvd out, the movie was still playing on tv
Me: now think about this
Me: the extended edition of return of the king has almost an hou
"Wish You Were Here" by Pink Floyd
Composed by David Gilmour and Roger Waters
So,
So you think you can tell
Heaven from ######?
Blue skies from pain?
Can you tell a green field
From a cold steel rail?
A smile from a veil?
Do you think you can tell?
And did they get you to trade
Your heroes for ghosts?
Hot ashes for trees?
Hot air for a cool breeze?
Cold comfort for change?
Did you exchange
A walk on part in the war
For a lead role in a cage?
How I wish...How I
There is no topic revival rule in the library forums. Please refrain from reporting topics in Comedies, Epics, or Short Stories for being "revived." The creative process cannot be rushed, so large gaps between the posting of chapters is acceptable.
This has been a public service announcement!
The title of this post is in fact not a typo. Thank you for your concern, though.
I know I've mentioned on BZP the fact that I help a certain local equine rescue shelter, though I have never delved into detail. Free Spirit (that is the name of the shelter; it is a registered non-profic organization) takes in abused, neglected, and abandoned horses and rehabilitates them, providing food, exercise, and a safe place to stay while they regain health. After a horse has gained back its strength
EDIT 4-24-10: Re-posting this for reasons similar to its initial posting way back when - both for the person in question and for all who care for said person. I know tomorrow will find better things. ^^
This entry is dedicated to a very special person who has had some rough times lately.

The exhaustive and malevolent machinations of Biology 110 are slowly but forcefully draining the very life-force from me, and soon I will be nothing but a ragged, hollowed-out shell, a ruin of what was once a man.
Don't tell anyone but I'm writing ths update from the house (and computer) of the beautiful girl I mentioned in the last entry.

Earlier today I finally managed to get a copy of Queen's album Innuendo. I had been trying to find one for months upon months ; every store at which I attempted to purchase the CD was either sold out or did not carry it. Queen's last album (unless you count Made in Heaven as a true album),
I have restructured the layout of my weblog. For example, I have replaced my old "Assorted Music" with a handful of good albums and compilations I own. It only represents a small sampling of my collection (it is not even half), and it doesn't necessarily represent my all-time favorites, though it certainly includes many of them--also note that, curiously, I have only included lyrical music, despite my great love and ownership of numerous orchestral CDs. Regardless, what I have posted there is

Five things that happened to me this weekend: :3 x3 >:B <3 <3 <3 Car crash ._. I'll elaborate more later (I'm too busy right now--have to go), but I just wanted to leave a note here saying 1. Give Nikira hugs, everyone, because she hasn't been feeling too well and 2. The word has apparently already started spreading, so to friends of mine who might be concerned: Yes, I was in a car accident, but I'm okay. I'll talk at you all soon!
And gweeee Nikira <3 <3 <3
Out there--
There's a world outside of Yonkers
Way out there beyond this hick-town, Barnaby
There's a slick town, Barnaby!
Out there--
Full of shine and full of sparkle
Close your eyes and see it glisten, Barnaby
Listen, Barnaby!
Put on your Sunday clothes,
There's lots of world out there
Get out the Brillantine and dime cigars
We're gonna find adventure in the evening air
Girls in white in a perfumed night
Where the lights are bright as the stars!
Put on your Sunday clothes,
Kame is wonderful! For many reasons, but specifically this moment because he has ended a years-long quest of mine.
I may have previously mentioned my intense love of the English band The Kinks. They were a criminally underrated group of fantastic musicians and were far more influential than they're often given credit for--and due to their fade from the public eye, their albums are often very, very difficult to find these days. This is an incredible shame.
I've scoured and groped over th
