If you're gonna upload your entries to Photobucket/Imageshack/whatever (rather than Brickshelf/Maj), please please pleeeeeaaaase provide a thumbnail image. Cuz otherwise we (contest staff) need to upload your image to our Brickshelf/Maj in order to generate a thumbnail. And that just takes a long time and is kinda annoying.
And now since Bshelf is down (is it still?), poll making is gonna take a long time (maybe). So yeah.

Here's the deal. I bought my 360 about two years ago. About a month ago, it got the RROD. Yeah, that kinda sucked, but I wasn't too depressed about it (I knew it was just a matter of time anyway, lol). So I was thinking of buying a new one. Went to sleep at 5:30 AM.
Slept for two hours, thinking school starts at 8:00.
Got to school at 7:45.
Found out school starts at 14:00.

Pretty much stopped following it around late '07. It just got... kinda boring.
I just found out that the final issue was released a week or two ago, which kinda makes me wanna find out what happened to all the characters.
Question for you guys (or at least you comic book geeks) - should I get the last few TPBs? I think I stopped around #118... does the story get any better afterwards? =O

Also notice I painted the fist and it looks awesome. Tried painting the leg too but it didn't turn out as good, will try to fix it later. Gundam Markers are good for the SD dudes, but I'll probably need to get an airbrush if I wanna paint bigger stuff like MG kits.

I mean, think about it! It had a great story, interesting and dynamic characters, it showed appreciation to the source material, and best of all, it had the Kamehameha!
What more could you ask for?

Then I highly recommend picking up Batman: The Killing Joke. Just got this graphic novel the other day, and it's really awesome. Both this and Watchmen were written by Alan Moore, and you can definitely see his unique style here.
Only downside is that it's really short - but, hey, it's pretty cheap too. Or maybe the copy I got was on sale, I dunno.
Again, highly recommended!
