It could be, but despite my oft linking to things which cause laughter and other indicators of persons finding the content of said linkages amusing, I'm not going to because I personally dislike the concept and the lack of proper execution involved in it.

Build an MOC based on a character or vehicle from a game.
30% System parts is allowed, since I know vehicles are easier to build that way.

Build a TransforMOC!!
Rules:
Your MOC must be humanoid in one mode.
You may use up to 50% System in your design.
It must change between modes without removal of any parts except weapons.
NO animal based MOCs. Alternate mode MUST be a vehicle of some sort, be it airplane, car, or even a boat.

Need something less humanoid-oriented and more System-oriented, since most of the people who make good MOCs are the ones who use System. Durned rare to see a good MOC that's pure Bionicle(actually I can't think of one that's not like ancient when the world was new).

So I can finally post my opinion on the summer sets.
The "Newva" suck. Horribly. I cannot think of a single redeeming quality that they possess, other than that "Gali's" ears seem to be detachable.
Oh, and "Tahu", spikes do not go on the inside of the knee.
The villains don't look too bad, except for Gorast, whose Visorak head bugs me because it's used in conjunction with a humanoid torso.

As you may know, there will not be an official BBC contest next month. So there will be an MOCing contest in my blog.
