So Contrail passed the fall test, and clocks in at 14 1/4".
But my camera batteries died before I could get an updated pic.

E: Pic rescued =]
Urgh that pic looks fething barf-worthy, the MOC looks so much nicer IRL. Will get better pic tomorrow.
It's BBC time. So I'm not making a topic for this.
And I just that head design. Even though I created it.
Wierd, that's the first time I've ever used that smiley. IT'S A SIGN OF THE APOCALYSE!! RUN FOR YOUR LIVES!!
But please look at the MOC first, 'kay?

Constructive criticism needed. I'm keeping this one built for a while, and will be tweaking.

Because this is more fun than contests.
Build an MOC consisting only of Hordika necks, balljoint sockets, and axles. You are also allowed a single Kanohi, and a skullpiece(I recomend Metru or Avtoran, as they have built-in balljoints/sockets). Oh, and it must have over 100 pieces.
NOTE: As this isn't a contest, you can redesign your MOC or create an entirely new one, but whatever you have entered at the end of the entry period is your final entry.
You have until midnight, March 1st. Go
B-shelf and Maj are down again.Up again.
But that's not the point of this entry. The point of this entry is to showcase a ridiculously large MOC which I build recently: the Pillar of Autumn.
As anyone who has played the original Halo knows, the Autumn is the scene for the first and last levels. It is also a design that I thought I could replicate effectively with LDD.
2300+ pieces, 10 hours of building time, LDD shut down 8 times because of the number of parts involved, and I had to re
Well, as of last entry that's one title theme done with. *whew*
So I was asked last night why I insist in leaving a trail of lights on whenever I go upstairs.
I said that if I didn't I was likely to be eaten by a grue.
Cue random thumping noise from elsewhere in the house.

Following up the previous entry, this should make it easy to guess.
It's the environments. Despite the fact that the characters have been horribly written for years, the environments have always been interesting. Just try and imagine Bionicle without the characters for a minute. Focus on the environments in canister images, instructions, wallpapers...
This is the only reason I still like Bionicle.
In SWEP3, Obi-wan says, and I quote: "Only a Sith deals in absolutes."
How does this relate to Yoda? Simple.
In SWEP5, Yoda says: "Do, or do not. There is no try."
Therefore, Yoda is one of the Sith.
Funny, isn't it?
