I've contemplated entering an RPG contest again. Last time I entered an RPG, it finished second to last in the Final Poll, in RPGC14. I never really bothered to try entering again, but I might if anyone likes this revised version of the original idea: The Matoran's Return.
THE MATORAN'S RETURN
The Great Beings are fallible. Their creations are ellaborate, intricate, and all-in-all amazing, but still they have their flaws. In the core BIONICLE dimension, their mistakes were the Element Lor

Derek Jeter's new contract with the New York Yankees was made official today during the Winter Meetings, and once again I ask--Did anyone think he wouldn't stay in pinstripes?
Meanwhile in the Winter Meetings, the Yankees and Rangers continue to meet with Cliff Lee's agent. The 2009 NL Manager of the Year Jim Tracy is recovering from a collapse in the lobby of the Disney Swan and Dolphin Resort, home of the Winter Meetings. The Red Sox, Yankees, and Angels meanwhile all are targeting Carl Cra

Darth Quade will continue for at least two years as the Emperor and Dark Lord of the Cubs. Rather than sign Ryno or wait to take a stab at getting Girardi, the Chicago Cubs shall embrace the Dark Side and march forward to conquer the rest of the MLB universe beyond Wrigley Field. This news also means that Girardi will almost assuredly remain in New York, while Ryno may end up leaving the Iowa Cubs and going to one of the other MLB teams who remain ma
After three innings, the score is tied with the AL Champion Rangers scoring using NL-style small ball and the NL Champion Cardinals scoring off of an AL-style two-run bash by Berkman. Let's Go Rangers!

Yeah, since Bioran23 never puts up posts about my articles on KanohiJournal @ BZPower, I thought I'd advertise my November article on da BaseBlog.
I went ice skating today. Something I don't have much experience doing. I fell three times, but the most painful part is a bruise on my knee that I got when I was following my brother to the bleachers. As he stepped over, his blade got me right under the kneecap, and I have since warned him that he shall be beaten down before the week is over.
As a side note the Chicago Blackhawks are beating their biggest rivals, the Detroit Red Wings 3-1 in the third period. Unfortunately, my mother comman
The Hawks had a come from behind win at the UC last night, with a couple of third period goals by Marian Hossa and a game winner in OT by Patrick Sharp, thanks to a great assist by Patrick Kane. The most incredible shot, however, was Hossa's second goal, when, facing away from the net, shot it through his legs and the legs of one of the Blues, straight into the net. Marty Turco also did fantastic, saving 32 out of 34 shots.
The Hawks' next game is in Chicago against the Vancouver Canucks, in
Week 3 winner: Night Fury.
This week, we have Shin-Soo Choo going after a fly ball hit by David Ortiz at Progressive Field in Cleveland. Fire away, folks.
Sorry, no snazzy NL Champs image because I couldn't find one on SFGiants.com, but I doubt many of you Giants fans care, since you already know that they're the champs. The Giants pulled an improbable win over the previous champions of the National League of Professional Baseball Clubs, two years running, and now they face the other underdog out of the American League, the Texas Rangers. Also, enjoy it while you can, Iro and Nuju Metru. Because your team is never assured of another trip to the Fa
This guy:
This is part of something Stan Lee has done with the NHL, creating superheroes based off of all the NHL teams. This one is based on the Vancouver Canucks. Anyhow, I thought he looked a lot like Batman, and my sister thought the fins made him look like Kiina, so I posted it here for the lulz.
Rangers vs. Yankees, the showdown was supposed to be. The dark horse was meant to be the Nationals, until they pulled out.
And suddenly, Cliff will be playing back at Citizens Bank Park, rather than Yankee Stadium, Nationals Park, or Rangers Ballpark. I suspected that Cliff Lee wouldn't be going to New York, after the way they treated his wife (and I've heard that when the wife isn't happy, nobody's happy), and I figured that he would be going to the Rangers, since they were the up-and-comers
...The World Series may be coming to Texas Rangers fans for the first time in, literally, forever. CC has to recover from his game 1 start, while if CJ Wilson and the rest of the Rangers can do everything they've done for the majority of this series, the Rangers will be American League Champions.
Tune in to TBS at the top of the hour for American League Championship Series Game 5, between the Texas Rangers and New York Yankees at Yankee Stadium in the Bronx.
My dad has this stupid, embarrassing joke that he always tells about a can of bean soup made in Ireland with 239 beans in it.
If I'm lucky, we won't go anywhere so that he doesn't tell it to anyone else this time.
After a three-run seventh including back to back home runs by Beltre and Cruz (I guess he'll be trick-or-treating as a witch riding his BOOM-stick this year), the Rangers have the lead, but one of the great things in baseball is that Texas has to get all three outs. No clock to run down in baseball. But yeah, let's go Rangers anyway.
Also for the purpose of annoying my brother:
Packers over Bears, 13-10. Really, though, it's a toss-up. I'm just guessing that Aaron Rodgers will solve the Bears D before Jay Cutler can solve the Packers D. Those extra three points could be a late Robbie Gould field goal to win it for the Bears though, rather than the Pack.
Gotta go for the best, here. I won't make a guess at the score, because I haven't seen much of the Steelers or the Jets.
