Okay, so I've noticed a trend of RPGs (that's Role-Playing Games, not Rocket-Propelled Grenades or whatever else it could stand for) down in Completely Off Topic lately. Now I have nothing against them, but there certainly are a lot of them. Too much product without limitation often causes lethargy. Yes, you have choices, but where should you begin? If you don't figure out what you want to do, you stop moving.
So to keep some order and prevent flooding of them in the forum, I'll be limiting a
The title's a bit misleading, as this is a dual entry for two things: quotation marks in reports and reporting things that are not allowed.
Many times I see reports that should read with the quotation marks like so: "Such-and-such" topic, but the quotation mark reads as: " I don't know if that's just how it is for me, but that's how I see it.
Speaking of reports, often I get reports that say some type of topic is not allowed. Generally, it's not necessary to say that the type of topic is
I want to complain about and to someone pretending to be me. First off, quit trying to look like me because you're not! It irritates me that no matter what I wear, he copies me, especially since I like to be original, but if he copies me, what's the point? Can you imagine my dismay when I make a face and this guy makes the exact same face as if to mock me. Gah, I'm so flustered about this horrid knock-off, I can't even think clearly.
You know what, person in the mirror, just stop it already!
I finally made money for helping design and further design a website. I didn't get paid much, and it was for a family friend, but it's still a start.
In other news, I've basically been gone since before the 4th (very fun weekend), and then BZP slipped into an offline coma on Wednesday. Add to the fact I'm taking a college class for July/early August. So if you sent a PM since around that time or have need of my attention, I ask you to be patient and not to think I'm lazy.*

I've recently been listening to different speeches by different US Presidents. Originally it was because I wanted to improve my speaking ability by listening to Ronald Reagan, who was nicknamed The Great Communicator, and I wanted to know what that was about. Then I started listening to parts of other speeches for a certain project I was working on. Some of them were at least somewhat interesting to listen to (enthusiastic, passionate), whether or not I agreed with their ideas, but Lyndon B Jo
Yeah, that sounds bad, but it's true; keep reading and see what I mean.
As you may know, this year's big ticket item is a tenth anniversary special edition of a red, furry, annoying little monster that laughs. If you don't know, I'm talking about the Tickle Me Elmo TMX. (X is for extreme: it's so original... like XGames and a bunch of other Xtreme things.) Anyway, what's stupid is this thing retails for $40-50, but people are willing to pay in the thousands for this item: someone paid $10,00
I never realized just how dangerous washing dishes could be.
Actually, it's one of the most boring tasks since boredom was discovered, but Friday night whilst doing this horrible task, a glass cake pan decided to break on me. All I got was what looks like a little scar on my right hand and small spot on my head.
The worst part: I had already cleaned the dish.
FYI, I am experienced at finding the most dangerous way to be injured doing the most mundane tasks without trying. I have gotte
Okay, I try to go through PMs in order (based on urgency) and deal with them accordingly, but if I don't know what to expect before opening a PM, it's going to be harder to deal with and take that much longer. I try to separate requests from those that need urgent attention, so sometimes PMs that need attention might get mixed with request PMs.
PMs for RPG requests naturally take the longest to deal with because of all the reading and thinking (and whatnot): I also don't want to have a flood
With Brickfest quickly approaching and not having been online for a couple days, I changed my plans. Instead of keeping all the MOCs to date, I'm going to post the last of them on the Friday of Brickfest.
Part of the reasoning is that I wanted to reveal each of these myself before Brickfest and the pics inevitably begin, giving a nice lead up to the big day. But I realized that I didn't want a bunch of MOCs crammed into one of days that leads up to Brickfest (having this spike of MOCs in the
