I'd put my money on Lawrence just becuase he was bat ###### insane.

We had a decent house in a nice area, and it was sold to us for an stupidly low price.
No it wasn't haunted but we did find some really messed up stuff there;
In the basement in a small metal box we found some Phone taps, in the attic above the garage we found a sawed of shot gun and some heavy plastic storage bags, but the strangest and most disturbing thing was that when my dad was fixing our bathroom there were shot gun pellets stuck on the inside of the wall.
