Nintendo of America just finished their part of the press conference at the fall media summit and it makes me very happy.
The DSi Facts:
Last night though, the DSi was announced by Nintendo of Japan, you can see it along with a few videos of games right here.
The DSi has built-in Flash memory. Which means downloadable games are now possible and they can be saved permanently to the DSi. A New DS Shop will launch, with Wii Points being changed to Nintendo Points.

Earlier tonight I went to a Gamestop as part of an Exclusive Club Nintendo Platinum member event. The first event of its kind, one which allowed me to try out the Nintendo DSi. First off, I was on the fence with this system. Second off, the Nintendo rep was the very same guy who comes into my store, Bill.

The Nintendo Channel just launched on the Wii.
Let's see now videos and Trailers for upcoming games are now available. And the big thing Wii to DS connectivity. The Wii becomes a DS Download station. To those who have both you can now get game demos!

The last few days I've been having some nasty nightmares. First one wasn't too bad, but the second one stuck out... never have I been so terrified. Reliving things in the past is not fun.

So, Aleks and I talked with the guy in charge of New York Comic Con. And by talk I mean emailed. You see with Hurricane Sandy that has obviously hurt us in many ways, especially financially. (Not to mention the unlivable house.) So after explaining the situation, he authorized the most awesome thing ever. Two four day passes for us. For free. Which helps us financially and it gives us an incredible weekend of happiness and fun to look forward too. Which is something we need so badly. W

We got a new printer made by Lexmark. It is one of those all-in-one machines that can print, fax, scanning, and copying.
Here is a tip. Never get an all-in-one thing made by Brother. It falls apart, literally. Don't even get me started on Machine Error 41 which is a horrible glitch which requires the entire thing to be replaced.

I got me a mouse for my Lappy, made by Windows and compatible with Vista. But, it would also work with a Mac. Why Microsoft made a mouse that also works with Macs, I have no idea.
It is nicer than the touchpad though, plus it'll make games and homework easier.
Plus I saw a crazy $95 mouse at Walmart. If a mouse is $95, it had better be able to do things via voice command. Why anyone would need a mouse like that I have no idea. Programmable buttons are nice but they
I got a new laptop. It is awesome.
I don't feel like posting al of the specs and all that unless you really want me to do that. But yeah, I'm installing all of the awesome programs still.
I gotta get Trillian back and a ton of other things. I've done all of the important updates, I gotta say getting used to Vista will be different for me.

Got it off Amazon.com for $177 and it came in the mail today.
