I picked up Final Fantasy 3 the other day when that one big game supposedly came out.
I like the game from what I've played.

I'm in a good mood therefore until at least the end of the week I declare this a party blog.
There is a reason, last night the Brewers got fired up and beat the St. Louis Cardinals 13-5, and I was there. Oh yes, it was a great game. And look, pictures!
A pregame shot, nothing special here.

DOUBLE PLAY!
Prince Fielder hit his 48th home run about 458 feet. The ball is somewhere in the picture.... I wish I knew where. &

The Return of Admiral Cossack Dane
By the sea of Norion Nova I wandered one night
The moon it was shining quite clear
For no reason at all I heard someone call
For Sammy Dark Samus
Now Dark Samus I knew to be dead
The story had spread from star to star
How she lost her life while plunging her knife
Into Admiral Cossack Dane

A Poem via the internet... a poem about Admiral Castor Dane. Note, I did not write nor do I own the poem.
First some info on him.
Fleet Admiral Castor Dane is the commander of the GFS Olympus. He is known for his utmost dedication to protecting the Galactic Federation from its enemies. He is stern, aggressive, and has a strong dislike for the Space Pirates. A rumor exists about him that says the Space Pirates killed his parents at an early age, causing him to be an orphan as a child. H
DVD's are evil... when you have to put them away for an entire shift like I did last night. You see at Wal-Mart all of the DVDs are moving around at all stores, some are experiancing price changes others get shipped back.
I was supposed to update the New Release section last night, but I never got around to it. For four hours I was the only one in electronics. For one of those hours I was nonstop helping customers.
Needless to say, I never want another DVD again...
...That's a lie.
On the 11th, I got to meet the NOA representative who visited my Wal-Mart. So I talked to him about plenty of the newest games. I'm also jealous because he gets to play some high profile games before everyone else. He even got me interested in a game I hadn't even heard of.
One of the things I learned were some things I had already heard about NOA President Reggie Fils-Aime. When our rep. met him he walked by him in the hallway and didn't know who he was until later on. The thing that is awes
Mug.
Sadly, minutes ago, my mother broke our awesomely sweet Hapori Tohu mug, the one from the ancient Cafepress shop BZPower had. Honestly I have no idea if it exists, I searched but couldn't find it.
But, alas, it is tme to bit farewell to one of the most awesome BZPower related merchandise things that I have purchased. Then again the only things I've purchased were the Tohu Mug, my Premier membership, stuff from Shop Mata Nui, and the BZPower bricks.
It saddens me to lose one of th
Samus. Metroid. A History.
These two words are well known gaming icons, and why not, they've deserve it. The original Metroid blew the gaming world away with two simple things. Samus was a female. And the often looked over ability to go left.
However, I'm not talking about the history of the games, we are going to explore the life of the famous heroine, Samus.
Where does it all start? Her story starts with the Metroid e-Manga, which goes through her childhood and it shows us why she ha
This is a rant for everyone who has ever bought something from a store.
As a Wal-Mart Associate I have worked in many areas in the store, Stockman/Cart pusher, Chemicals, Foods, and Electronics. However there is one thing I just can't stand. I'm sure everyone who has worked in retail will agree with me.
Please don't put merchandise you picked up then decided you don't want it on a random shelf. This is a hassle for everyone. And there are two easy things that you can do to help us out, an
I work today. The thing is I work in -foods- today. Why must I work in foods, I greatly despise foods as it is really boring. I would much rather be in electronics tonight. Not only that I work from 2:00PM to 10:00PM and they have my one hour lunch scheduled from 3:00PM to 4:00PM. Which isn't going to happen. Ever. Either way today is not going to be fun. Unless for some reason they need me in electronics. Which I hope they will.

Kohaku has been inactive online in the past week. Scans indicate Kohaku was studying and taking exams for his Session A of Semester 1 exams. Scans indicate it took up most of Kohaku's time. Other than that Kohaku has been working a lot. Scans indicate that there are times when there is absolutely nothing to do in electronics... Scans also indicate that Kohaku will be working this weekend, including
Today I went to Gamestop. I played some Metroid Prime 3: Corruption. And honestly the game is as good as people say it is. I killed a few Pirates got the Missles in the beginning. Then went on to own the Berserker Lord and the way it dies is completely awesome. (I'm not gonna spoil it for you.)
I played some more and killed the Pirates on the now famous Bridge Battle, that was fun, so is the grapple beam. (Somehow I fell off the bridge, which didn't kill me horribly.)
From what I played t
Bumped for the release of Metroid Prime 3: Corruption and Halo 3. Original content hasn't been changed.
Who do YOU think would win?
I'm curious as to who people would choose. Don't forget to look at the advantages and disadvantages of each.

I never blogged about it last week but I beat Metroid the first one on the Virtual console. (I got the second best ending.)
Just a few minutes ago I beat Super Metroid.

That game was freaking awesome. I still have to improve that time... unfortunately wall jumping sucks.

There comes a time when words cannot describe things. At other times words can. This is one which can't.
First we have some words from Old Bird:
Now we have a game that should be made. It would be the greatest game in the history of games(Idea by Kohaku, image by Kinali):
And just where does Nintendo get ideas? From a road trip! Take a look:
Discuss. Also, bonus points to whoever knows who the old guy is in the last picture.

There are things I like and things I hate. The main thing is the CBLs which stands for Computer Based Learning. Being in electronics now, I have about 25 of them to do. And they are extremely boring.
And there is so much stuff to learn. Such as the cash register, which I understand a bit more of now. I can now operate one, it still confuses me a bit.

So I picked up Mario Strikers Charged for the Wii. I got it on the 29th a day before the official release date. It's warfare with soccer thrown in. Making it fun.
The place the game shines is Multiplayer and it supports the Nintendo Wifi Connection. And it supports it good, much better than Pokemon from what some people have said.

I'm happy. Very happy. Words cannot describe just how happy I am. (Nor can an emoticon)
Yesterday, I talked with a friend I haven't seen in six or seven years. So, never forget your friends even if you haven't seen them in ages. Remember that, they are still your friends.

I'm moving up in my job. Soon, I won't be a Cart Pusher / Stockman. Oh no, I'll be working in Electronics. Soon that is. It'll be busy and all that, but I'd rather not be a cart pusher when winter comes around.
And, I'm not even out of the 90 day probationary period. I'm just that awesome.

Baseball history that is.
So Barry Bonds is coming to Milwaukee for three games. Three games which are Standing-Room Only. I happen to have tickets to tomorrows game.
Perhaps I will see history. (Even if I don't care for Bonds.)
Go Brewers!

So last Friday was the 13th. I went to a Brewer game on the 13th. We sat in section 413, row 13. (Thank goodness it wasn't seat 13.)
My luck has been horrible ever since.
(Not really. I just thought that was all weird. XD)

Yeah. I'm now a college student. Things change so fast, considering just last month I graduated from high school...
Anyway, I'm going for a Bachelors Degree in Game & Simulation Programing with DeVry. The cool thing is it is online, so I can do it whenever I have the time.
My classes this session are: Critical Thinking and Problem-Solving Computer Applications for Business with Lab Psychology
The easiest will be the computer one as the focus is on basic stuff, including Microsoft Wor
College.
This week I finally start college because as of today I can log into my classes. Unfortunately I work today so that will be hard.
Anyway, it has begun. And I'm glad I have a few days off this week to figure things out.
