Last night... it happened. One of the tings a gamer fears most. Memory Card Corrupted. It was my GameCube memory card. My main one. The one that I had -EVERYTHING- on. Upwards to at least 20 games. I had a few on backup memory cards... only two. Super Smash Bros. Melee and Mario Kart: Double Dash.
I'm glad to still have my Melee Data, although I lost my awesome record though. It was actually going to be a part of my Smash Factor series. I'll say what it is here.

Nintendo of America just finished their part of the press conference at the fall media summit and it makes me very happy.
The DSi Facts:
Last night though, the DSi was announced by Nintendo of Japan, you can see it along with a few videos of games right here.
The DSi has built-in Flash memory. Which means downloadable games are now possible and they can be saved permanently to the DSi. A New DS Shop will launch, with Wii Points being changed to Nintendo Points.

I never blogged about it last week but I beat Metroid the first one on the Virtual console. (I got the second best ending.)

Roy Mustang is the Flame Alchemist. Using special gloves he can snap his fingers and create bombs on demand. Plus he is a Colonel, and is very respected by is troops, as well as knows who to aggravate his enemy to make them more likely to screw up. [Roy Mustang]

After listening to the BZPowercast yesterday it got me to thinking about how much BZPower has shaped my own life. I've met some of my best friends on BZPower. That started all from our love of video games. Then I ended up becoming staff. And I made even more friends. Those connections I made with people are some of the greatest things in the world.
