I'm starting to feel pretty good about the Mistika sets. (Especially the ones in the bottom-right corner.)
Gali looks a bit better as well, but I still hate that scope...
And I love the background. It has trees and many of the things I liked back on Mata Nui, so it's fitting for the Nuva, but it has a very weird, vaguely unnatural quality that reminds me of Robo Riders...
WATCH OUT IT'S A NON-SKYFIGHTER COME TO DEFEAT US IN THE SWAMP!
Hiyah. I'm bored and have a bunch of spare content blocks, so if any of you want a MOC, story, etc. of yours to be advertised, simply say so and I'll advertise it.

I bought a CD in Iceland a few years ago called "Låtar - Swedish Folk Tunes," whichhad some really beautiful stuff. One song in particular has been bugging me, though... Ever since I got it, one of the tracks has seemed irritatingly familiar to me. Unfortunately, unlike every other track on the CD, it doesn't have a proper title written out-- just the name "Nr 20." Of course, googling "Nr 20" brings up 18 million results, so its title isn't really a great place to start my search.

Oh wow Star Trek was awesome. I was worried they'd mess it up, but they couldn't have done it better. All the characters were spot-on, especially Scotty. I'm glad to see they stopped the "Written for nerds, by nerds" strategy of Star Trek: Enterprise. (I saw an episode of that for the first time a week ago, and it was ungodly boring.)
I just saw "There Will Be Blood" tonight and it was simply phenomenal. I recommend it wholeheartedly. Because I liked it so much I'm changing my blog title for a while to my favorite line from the movie. It'll be back to normal when I deem suitable.
Has anyone here ever seen this movie? If not, I suggest you do. It's very surreal, beautiful, and completely hilarious.
Check it out, I say.
*Wanders off humming a Christmas song...*
First, let me set up what just happened so that you understand:
First off is my cat, Lucky. She's a very talkative Siamese cat who really, really doesn't live up to her name. We purchased her a little before I was born from an animal shelter. She was found initially with a broken leg (Causes unknown) and had tags reading "Lucky." They wound up amputating her leg and giving her to a family that had no idea as to how you take care of cats.
They kept her perpetually in a dark garage with no win
So I've finally discovered a good use for the Stars besides being nostalgic and chibi. Their small size has been a problem in interacting with most other sets, but they go great with Gadunka.
At last, he can actually stuff Toa into his mouth.
I'm starting to want to see it. At first when I heard it was bad, I was content to just let my opinion of M. Night Shyamalan die quietly and painlessly, but now... I kind of want to see how far he's fallen. Seriously, his early films were fantastic; how could he deteriorate like this? Did he get some sort of brain damage?
Maybe the twist is that he was a terrible director all along. I dunno.
