Characteristics of emo people :
1. They say "Nothing ever goes my way" a lot.
2. This dysfunctional way of thinking leads to a lot of bad poetry and cutting.
3. They then post aforementioned bad poetry on their preferred emo site.
4. Other emo people are drawn to this, and they get together and listen to Dead and Dying Because You Killed Me or some other emo band.
