Something sad and depressing.

He last visited on the 9th of July 2010, and his birthday is the 31st of March 1996. Last visited on my birthday? Don't they like me?

Basically use a random number generator to pick someone. There's more to it than that, which I've explained before, but I can't be bothered finding it.

 

Limitations are that the member has to have more than 10 posts, and needs to have been active at least once since I originally joined, which was the 14th of March 2005.
