Snow
It's been snowing non-stop since yesterday evening.
The front steps have vanished into the white covering all the ground by at least eight inches.
Snow is piling against the sliding glass door next to my desk, and there are patterns of ice coating some of the windows.
It's beautiful...
And since school is closed once again, I finally have a few more things to blog about:
For one, I've posted a new MOC: the Toa of Shapeshifting. This one is a bit of a change from previous MOCs, using a style based mainly on stock parts, with only two single ball pieces in the whole MOC. I'm quite fond of the result, and you may be surprised by the appearance...
Also, yesterday I rediscovered another one of my two favorite songs, tying with The Memory of Trees as my favorite piece ever: The Other Side by the Afro Celts. It's a perfect song for Le-Koro; I've written a couple of Le-Wahi short stories while listening to it... It's from the album Seed, which also has Deep Channel, another one of my all-time favorites. If you can find it, you really should listen to it – the first few seconds alone just transport you to Le-Wahi.
Wonderful song. It's energetic, but at the same time relaxing, with a natural, tribal feel...
