Something got me on the 31st. The computer's been having trouble the rest of the time since... Just got it back up and working correctly last night. -_-

But yeah; luckily it didn't need a rebuild. =P But it was still a pain to get rid of... Thought it was gone the first day; but more things happened. Thought it was fixed the next scan; still was acting weird. Think a total of four scans were run before everything got fixed. xP

Ouch. That must have been a pain. :P Are you sure your virus scanner is fully up to date? I don't see why it would have missed those issues the first few times unless it did not actually catch all the infected files, thus allowing it to spread again.

They weren't all the same scanner. =P

 

But I know it didn't catch it the first day; I watched the scanner see it, scan it, and just pass right by it. xD

Viruses!!! O:

 

I had to get rid of a virus on my computer, my friend's computer, my sister's computer, and my bro-in-law's computer all in two months. :P

 

It's cool being the computer savvy one of the family...until those moments... lol
