My polytechnic form tutor just rang me up today, and he just made my day.

He informed me that he was ringing up students with a GPA of 3 and above for something special they were entitled to for their good grades.

There was a specialist diploma open for me to take, 2 years covered with 1K (which is VERY reasonable) and it would mean that I would graduate with two diplomas instead of one. The specialist diploma that's open to me is Creative Media Design. Maybe it'll teach me how to use Photoshop and 3D CAD, or maybe what Pixar uses.

But, if I take that up, I'll be juggling the work of two courses while the other classmates that don't have to handle their sole course.

I'm thinking about giving this course a miss, but, apparently, if I do accept, I've been told that my chances of getting in were really good, because of my good grades. He told me that I did 'very well'. I knew what that meant.

Ah well, if I do accept the second diploma or not, what I DO know is that I did well for my second semester. Whoot!
