NOTE: If you're someone who wants to know as little about TDKR as possible, don't read past this point. It contains a spoiler about the movie. Don't read anymore if you don't want to know it. You have been warned.

And with that out of the way, onto what I want to say. The events of The Dark Knight Rises will apparently take place 8 years after the events of The Dark Knight. This surprises me somewhat, but it also makes me really excited for the movie. The story could go in many directions with this time-jump. It also raises a lot of questions too. Like 'is Batman still fighting crime, or has he gone into hiding due to the events of the end of TDK?' Has Wayne Manor been rebuilt? What has happened to Alfred, Gorden, and Fox since the end of TDK? (I have this feeling that at least one of them will die in TDKR) Oh, I can't wait for next summer!
