Don't they usually make an exception for holiday-oriented banners?

I recall one year when a member had a picture had a banner with baby Jesus during December. No one removed that, nor did anyone seem to complain.

From the sig and av guidelines:

• During the months of December and January, you may use your signature and avatar to celebrate the various seasonal holidays that take place. This is the only exception to the above.
