GAY AS HECK Posted December 10, 2011 You know that actually works right? My high school physics teacher built one and actually got a few feet off the ground. Quote Link to comment
Legolover-361 Posted December 10, 2011 In a more serious vein, a little while after I made this comic, I watched a Mythbusters episode where the build team tested a myth that said you can blow your own sail. As it turned out, it actually could work -- provided you have a big fan and a bigger sail. Of course, that's not vertical motion, but it's somewhat relevant. Quote Link to comment
D-D-D-Ddude Posted December 10, 2011 I saw the title of the entry and I thought for sure it was going to be "strap pieces of toast with jelly to both sides of your body." Who first did Trollcomic, anyway? Quote Link to comment
Legolover-361 Posted December 10, 2011 I dunno. I just figured I'd make one, myself. Quote Link to comment

Legolover-361 Posted December 12, 2011 ...I'm not quite sure if that's an insult or a badly-expressed compliment. XD Quote Link to comment
Razgriz Posted December 12, 2011 YAHYAHYAHYAHYAHYAHYAHYAHYAHYAHYAHYAHYAH At least you remembered the loopy schwoopy arms could use some magnets, though [Merged because double-posting isn't allowed on blogs, either. ~Legolover-361] Quote Link to comment
xccj Posted December 14, 2011 The problem would be the power source; something has to make the fan turn. If it's plug in, then you can only fly as far as your extension cord. If it's battery powered, then that adds extra weight, and eventually runs out. UNLESS you can somehow create a solar powered fan, and then you could fly on sunny days! Quote Link to comment
