Open the coke and cover the lid with a big piece of cardboard. Rest a paper towel tube on top of it, and put three Mentos into the tube. Carefully pull the cardboard out, allowing the Mentos to fall into the coke, and back off fast! (If you don't have either tube or cardboard, just drop in the Mentos and back off even faster.)

I saw it shoot up about fifteen feet once. It only lasts a minute, but it's good while it lasts. Try not to get wet. Makes you sticky. And I wouldn't drink the soda after you were done, either.
