Apparently one of the Advanced Placement European History teachers shows that movie after the AP test (a cumulative national test that most AP teachers will use as a substitute for their own final exam) to kill time until summer. He's pretty cool.

Also, Keanu Reeves is awesome in the most bizarrely unexpected and nearly ironic way.

I saw a few minutes of it (or one of its sequels) on TV a few months ago, and I was laughing myself to tears seeing some guy singlehandedly beating up a bunch of clones with ridiculous physics-defying moves.

I hadn't laughed that hard at a fight scene since a similar scene in Kill Bill.

I just watched The Matrix today. The scene with Keanu Reeves's character doing impossible stunts while pulling out pair after pair of firearms was simultaneously awesome and hilarious. I literally laughed aloud.

That said, The Matrix is a great film.

It's basically perfect for Keanu Reeves in its entirety. But yeah, definitely one of the best movies I've ever seen. Action, philosophy, everything that could make up a good movie is in there.

I really should see that movie.
