Definitely the Alamo Bombing, Ace's death, the Silvermind Incident and all related parts, the Unova plot that's currently going on *Whistles innocently*, and most Ford plots, for sure.

Anything more than that, which I can't recall off the top of my head, would have to wait for further research. However, I was eventually planning on going through and summarizing every major battle(Or page, depending on which is which), in a Pokemon Special-like format for the names of the summaries. However, when that'll happen is the biggest question.

The attack on the Alamo was a big point where most of the characters first came into close contact through the battle while largely introducing Ford.

I am not sure if it will be a main plot in the end, but the whole 10 Darkrai thing seems pretty big at the moment, but after Sombra's defeat, well...

I suppose plots concerning the defeating of the associate members of the Hojoshin leauge also come into play of the main plot such as the Energon thing going on now.

Ancient Darkrai, if that plot ever gets moving again. I mean, it's practically blocked off all access to Hoenn and Sinnoh (and Johto and Kanto?) so it's been a pretty big deal. I don't know where it's going, though, and player characters haven't really had much say, so... I don't know.

I had figured most of those would count. Although, by Alamo-bombing, you mean the entire attack on Four Island, right?

That would actually be extremely helpful both for what this is for and just for general ease of access in the future. So good idea. And I had actually meant to try and get as many of the ROTR veterans to join in on a project for that a while ago, but my plans kind of fell through. XP

Hm... Those plots kind of come and go--I mean, a lot of them weren't or aren't very active to begin with, but the Hojohsin League itself is definitely pretty big...

Believe it or not, finishing it is actually the next thing on the list--once this current thing in Unova finishes, Detranix and Alku are going to get the ball rolling on concluding it.

Which, coincidentally, is also when Ford is going to contact your character about becoming one of his agents. So it all hinges on Blade.

Regardless, I do agree that it would be considered main story--it's certainly had some of the largest impact on the rest of the game.

In addition to everything above, I'd say that questioning Silver was sort of important. I think that was when TL found out the locations of TR's main headquarters in each of the four main regions and it was sort of a prelude to the Silvermind Arc.

Also, the whole thing with James Arthur warning TL about the attack on Four Island.

The Searchers trying to capture Ho-Oh but then being brought to Four Island and subsequently escaping was sort of a major thing, but given that the Searchers are currently disbanded, I could also see that as just a filler plot.

Thanks. =) Thought it'd be a good idea, though, again, I'm not sure exactly when it'll happen. Hopefully sometime soon, but... Also, that'll likely include everything, since my idea was to have it essentially be like Special/Adventures, there may be filler, but it's included still, because half of it is Chekov's Guns for future events. I was honestly surprised when I read the D/P arc out of order, yet noticed it all tying in together. xD

So it all hinges on Blade.

My bad. =P We can work on hopefully continuing this soon, though; I think this'll be the last round of the battle soon, considering I'm going to consider them rapidly trading blows off screen, so that there isn't a lot of duplicate descriptions. =)
