I'm also eligible to vote and own property, but who cares, right?

So, yeah, my birthday was on the 24th. Didn't do anything for it, as I was actually busy being a counselor at a kids' camp that I volunteer at every year. I did get some cake, though, which is all anyone really needs on their birthday.

I'm also an AFOL now, which is really neat. It's definitely an odd feeling to be an adult; it's always been that thing you think about but it's so far off in the future you can't imagine it happening.

Aside from no longer being a minor, not much has changed. I live in BC, Canada, where you can't get your full driver's licence or purchase certain things until you're 19. So next year will probably be the more exciting birthday.

Anyway, just thought I'd share my joy with all of you.
