I recommend a dosage of 5-6 hours of BZP a day. Works great for me. Just try to avoid remembering any noobish and regrettable things you've done, or else irritable side effects may occur. And eat as many meals a day while you still can.

What's that got to do with anything? And well, if I could get away with it, I would eat very, very little. Eating makes me feel sick most of the time. But not eating gives me headaches. It's a lose-lose situation.

Well, that is just in case you end up like me, where intense phobias limit you to only two rooms in your house, and none of them are the kitchen. Nowadays I only eat around one meal a day, and two if I'm very lucky. Except for at my grandparents house on the weekends, where I have much less fears present. Even then, now I can barely finish a meal that would normally be enough half a year ago.

Lets just hope that never happens to you.

Good grief. Are you getting anything done about that? Sounds like you've got an eating disorder or something, never mind the phobias.

Not really, just a whole bunch of phobias. And all of the pills I'm taking and therapists I'm visiting don't seem to help, which has been a trend for the past 3 years.

Try yoga. I really helps with sickness, headaches, etc. Works wonders.
