Pfft, I never cared one way or the other -- I got a good amount of the chocolate roses over the years, but I ate them 'cuz food and hunger and chocolate.

And prolly attach a corny re-iteration of a Disney song ('cuz we both love that stuff~)

Quite frankly I think we should just rename it 'Gorge Yourself on Chocolate' Day. No one whines about being single, and no one whines about the whiners. All the benefits without the fallbacks!

I've never understood the whole fuss about this. I've been a single all my life (not because I didn't try otherwise, though ) and this day has never bothered me- mostly I didn't even notice, or care. Great for those who are in a happy relationship and I'll gladly grant them the celebration, but I think it's stupid to whine because you are still a single.

Thanks for the PSA! Even when I was single, I would celebrate Valentine's with my family and friends. I don't really understand the pressure to have an SO for V-day.
