I wonder if this game will have Deoxys... and Rayquaza...

Assuming they are in fact enhanced remakes of Ruby and Sapphire, I can't imagine they'd omit Rayquaza, who was available in the originals. Deoxys, on the other hand, is less certain—while I don't doubt that they'll do an event for him (and Jirachi) at some point for the new games, recent games have featured fewer and fewer event-specific locations and Deoxys' event was exclusive to FireRed, LeafGreen, and Emerald, so no telling whether the Aurora Ticket or Birth Island will return.
