Well I told you that I'm learnig how to make gifs... anf obviously forgot that my hands were rather shaky while filming this. Oh well. As you can see I still decided to erase parts of the background, leading to this slightly surreal effect... but hey, the gif's under 500kB, so some shakiness is a price I am willing to pay. Also, I just hand-edited 45 frames because I don't know better, and I won't undo that. ><

So what we have here is a bridge rectifier with some LEDs to indicate the current flow. 'though this was the test run, with LEDs of complimentary colours (aka all we could find) because it's pretty. ^^

The actual experiment was carried out with two red and two green LEDs (from what I understand 4 of the same colour would have been even better due to their properties and stuff, but there weren't any so we had to work with what was there... yay for beginners' praktikum. ^^)

E: there's a second one now, too. ^^ although that ones a bit too fast... xD
