How the new iterations of Toa/Masters look nothing like the originals

I actually think it's funny how the rebooted Toa look more like their original counterparts than the Phantoka and Mistika did.

This opinion makes you wrong and a terrible person and I will now prove this in a thousand word monologue.

Also the new designs are lazy and uninspired and living ice cream cones are terrible.

Actually, thinking back, I think these rebooted personalities are moresimilar to the old ones than anyone realizes. xP

I actually think it's funny how the rebooted Toa look more like their original counterparts than the Phantoka and Mistika did.

 

And the Nuva in general, too. Though the 2015 versions also take some inspiration from the Nuva, they do look far more like their original original counterparts than any of the other three versions.

No joke. It really baffles me that ever since news of 2015 started coming we've been getting people going "i'm scared that the new Bionicle won't be as complex as the last one," as if Bionicle had been the complicated mess it became from the get-go. And now, despite that fact that the base story is almost the same, we're getting people saying that it's so much weaker and childish than the original one. People are weird.
