In preparation for tomorrow, I decided it would be appropriate (okay maybe not) to change my name, and being the fan of Edgar Allen Poe that I am Lenore came up as the obvious choice. I would have chosen the more poetic "Whom the Angels name Lenore" but it was one character over the limit. So happy Valentines Day in advance to all you lovely people!
Ah, distinctly I remember it was in the bleak December;
And each separate dying ember wrought its ghost upon the floor.
Eagerly I wished the morrow;—vainly I had sought to borrow
From my books surcease of sorrow—sorrow for the lost Lenore—
For the rare and radiant maiden whom the angels name Lenore—
Nameless here for evermore.
