Soundtrack
From HH's blog, months ago, but still fun to revisit and try. I will have weird answers - trust me.
Le Soundtrack of a <dd> movie -as told by Windows Media Player-:
- Opening Credits: 'Trash The Camp' - Phil Collins & N*SYNC, OST Tarzan (A very quirky way to start the show, and very creative use of syllables. )
- Waking Up: Nocturne - Secret Garden (Now we wake up in the middle of the night?!), Father Christmas - OST Chronicles of Narnia (Now this is more I like it! I love the movie's soundtrack!)
- An Ordinary Day: Water Shows the Hidden Heart - Enya (So an ordinary day is a calm and peaceful song. That is nice to imagine.), Listen to Your Heart - DHT (This sounds like something you'd listen to when you're standing in a crowd, them passing you by...)
- The First Date: Do That - Baby ft. P.Diddy (Meh?!)
- Falling in Love: If Only Tears Could Bring You Back - Midnight Sons (Meh?!)
- The Rumble: Black Betty - SpiderBait (WHOO! This fits to ze T!)
- The Break-up: Love Changes Everything - Michael Ball (...this somewhat works), Vacation - Vitamin C (Need a vacation from love?)
- Getting Back Together: Fields of Gold - Lisa Lynn (Lovely instrumental. Fits: getting life back calmly and slowly.)
- Life's Okay: Everybody's Free (To Feel Good) - Lortexman feat. Rozalla (A dance track that fits!)
- The Mental Breakdown: Fly With Me - 98 Degrees (I've broken down to boybands...no...), Soldier in the Rain - Dave Grusin (Mentally unsound, maybe 'emo'.)
- Cruising: Long, Long Journey - Enya (At least I'm moving), Teknopatia - DJ Lhasa (Now we're movin'!)
- The Flashback: Sula Ruin - Ronan Hardiman (Nice song, but not exactly fitting. Maybe recollecting old wishes?), Learning to Breathe - Nerina Pallot (Ooh... dunno how it fits, but it sounds like it. )
- The Party: Release - Justin Timberlake (Because I found Timbaland's CD lying around)
- Everybody Dance Now: Rock This Party (Everybody Dance Now) - Bob Sinclair (O.O Lucky me!)
- Regretting: Aerodynamic - Daft Punk (Quickly regretting and leaving the party)
- The Long Night Alone: Is This The Way To Amarillo? - Hermes House Band and Tony Christie (I'm alone, I don't care, I'm walking on to Amarillo!)
- A Death: Lost for Words - Ronan Keating (The title fits. The lyrics don't.), Hymn - Bond (Almost there. A bit solemn, not woeful.)
End Credits: El Pendulo - Cirque Du Soleil (We must learn how to appreciate the tracks of CDS! Their music is lovely, like this rather 'moving' piece that envisions such credits!)
Story of my Life: A very strange journey of different emotions and music, and a knack of not doing fads until they're old.
